New Waiver Procedure In the past we have required campers 18 and over to sign and submit a waiver each year. This is no longer the case! We received permission from our lawyer to retain a signed waiver on record with the registrar. If you signed and mailed a signed waiver in 2012, you will not need to submit one again, unless your signature is illegible. However, you will need to check a checkbox on your registration page showing that you have a signed waiver on file. The registrar will notify those folks who may need to update their waivers. When a camper turns 18, he/she is eligible for his/her own account. Contact the registrar who will set up the account and advise on the waiver procedure. If your camping party includes a child under 18 whose parents are not at camp, you must provide a waiver signed by that child s parents yearly! If you plan to work on Memorial Day, Labor Day, Set-Up, or Tear Down you will need to have a signed waiver on record before attending any of these events. 11
