GK Solutions has met stringent selection criteria in both the solutions we offer as well as in our ability to deliver and as such has been listed on Panels (preferred supplier lists) for the Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS), the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the Attorney General s Department. GK Solutions has also successfully provided both products and services to Chevron (Wheatstone Project), Energy Australia and to the John Holland Group.

Delivery Team GK Solutions believes that the success of any project relies heavily on management and individuals within a project team. Our management team has combined experience of over 40 years in high-threat security. The Directors of GK Solutions have served as police officers and are recognised experts in general risk management, security and counter-terrorism. They have a strong consulting background and have served in senior security roles, responsible for the protection of over 100,000 people. Training is delivered by one of our two directors who both have a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. The Directors are both trained and experienced instructors and have been delivering interesting, engaging training since the mid 1990 s. Threat & Risk Analysis / Vulnerability Assessment GK Solutions have formal training and years of experience in evaluating a facility and in consultation with the facility management to determine realistically what threats exist. The potential damage that may arise from those threats (risk) and gives a full picture as to the vulnerability of a facility and helps us to suggest a range of treatment options to lower or manage security risk. Security / Emergency Procedures Review Vast knowledge and experience allows GK Solutions staff to review and update security procedures for management, staff and security personnel or to suggest the implementation of new procedures where none exist to deal with Threats & Risks identified in our assessment process. GK Solutions Awareness Training The directors of GK Solutions have tailored awareness-training courses for at-risk organisations since the early 2000 s (post 9/11). GK Solutions training begins with the philosophy that no serious act of violence can take place without planning by the would-be perpetrators. The planning process gives alert and appropriately trained security and operations personnel the opportunity to report and thereby disrupt an act of violence ahead of time. An added benefit is that such training has led to a proven disruption in many types of crime in areas where trained personnel are working.
