R407C LN Configuration Refrigerant rpm fans Size Air flow Remote Condenser Standard - BLN Low-noise - LN Fixed Fans Speed Control - FSC Horizzontal - O Vertical - V General The CG remote air cooled condensers are used to dissipate the heat generated when condensing the refrigerant in the CD and MD air conditioners in configuration 2. The materials that have been used to manufacture the condensers guarantee maximum durability even in extreme weather conditions. The condensers themselves have been sized for maximum reliability even in conditions more severe than those for which they were originally intended. These condensers can be used not only in a first installation but also as retrofit in existing installation, in particular where low sound level requirements are necessary. Our engineering department is at your full disposal to examine any applications that is not contemplated as standard. Standard equipment Casing The coil frame is made from AIMg3 for protection against vibration and thermal expansion. Casing material is galvanized steel sheet, pre-painted with an epoxy finish (RAL9002). Separated fan sections. Coil The coil design based on 5/16 copper tubes and corrugated aluminium turbo fins provides excellent heat transfer at minimal refrigerant charge. Standard fin spacing is 2.1 mm. Fan motors High efficiency fans with innovative polymeric fan blades and low power consumption. Available in two fan diameters (400, 500 mm), power supplies (230V, 50/60Hz) and two noise levels. Protection class IP54 according to DIN 40050. Integrated thermo contacts provide reliable protection against thermal overload (terminals in the box). Motors may be to one or more common terminal boxes. With Standard configuration the fan is directly coupled to a 4 poles electric motor. 2
Specifications (continued) Standard equipment Rotalock valves Factory mounted in the standard configuration on gas and liquid lines, complete with fill and pressure connections. Safety switch Weather-proof box IP65. Factory test Each heat exchanger undergoes a pressure and leak test with dry air at 35 bar. It is then supplied with a nitrogen pre-charge. Certification All products are manufactured according to CE and PED rules. Packaging Model 010-015-020-025-030---055-065: support by pallet and packaging in carton box. Model 085-095-115-130: support by pallet and packaging in wooden crate. Accessories and options Fan Speed Control (FSC) Factory mounted using a continuous variation of the fan motor speed. With this option it is possible to operate with outdoor temperatures down to -15 C with a vertical air flow. Vertical Air Flow All condensers are supplied in horizontal air flow configuration. An additional kit for vertical air flow configuration is supplied loose and has to be mounted by the customer. Low Noise configuration This configuration has been designed for applications where noise levels are required to be particurarly low. With this configuration the fan is directly coupled to a 6 poles electric motor. 3
