Click on the link Already a member of IMA This will bring up a Pop Up Window, where you are requested to enter your: Email Address (You will be receiving notifications emails in this email address) Mobile Number Password Confirm Password One you enter the details, click on REGISTER. You can now log into imaconnect with your User Name (your email address) and Password. NOTE: If you do not see the email from imaconnect, please look at your Junk/Spam folder as it may have been filtered based on your email settings. You need to add imaconnect to your Contact, to ensure that emails appear in your Inbox.

Is Enrolling and Registration the same? Enrolling and Registering ARE NOT the same Enrolling only creates your Credentials for you to log into the imaconnect system. Registration is done from imaconnect after you log into the system, and make the payment towards Registration Fee.

You will need to enter your details in the Membership Details section o Fields marked with Red Asterisk (*) is mandatory and needs to be filled After you are done with the Member Details screen, click on the Arrow Button at the end of the screen NOTE: Clicking on this button will save the data that you have currently entered The next screen loaded requires you to provide your Professional Details o Fields marked with Red Asterisk (*) is mandatory and needs to be filled o The Schemes section lets you select the Schemes that you have already registered for, and lets you enter the Scheme Number. NOTE: Scheme Details CANNOT BE UPDATED AFTER REGISTRATION Scheme Selection is available ONLY FOR Existing Member Enrollment and NOT FOR New Enrollment continue
Login, Registration and Profile Updates After you are done with the Professional Details screen, click on the Arrow Button at the end of the screen Next is the Qualification screen where you need to provide details of your Qualification that will be maintained and certified by IMA in imaconnect o o o You need to enter the details and upload copy of the certificate. Certificated uploaded can be viewed and downloaded later from the Membership Profile section Though Upload of Certificate is Not Mandatory, it is highly recommended that you upload copy of your Certificate NOTE: Qualification Details, Age Proof and MC Registration certificate information are MANDATORY for New Members Documents CANNOT be uploaded after Registration After you are done with the Qualification screen, click on the Arrow Button at the end of the screen The next screen is the Declaration screen where you certify that the details provided by you in the system is correct, and agree to the conditions set forth by IMA. o Details of the Registration Fee is provided in this page o Select the I agree IMA declaration checkbox and click on Submit You will be taken to the Payment Gateway, to make the payment. Once Payment is done, a confirmation message will be sent to your email address.
How do I do a Couple Membership Registration? Q: How do I do a Couple Membership Registration? At the time of creating your profile, in the Membership Details screen you need to select Annual Couple or Life Couple from the Type of Membership drop down. After completing the profile, you will be required to enter the profile of your Spouse. Registration can be done only after entering the details for your Spouse Q: How is it different from other Membership Registration Process? After you submit your Registration request, an email is sent to your spouse s email address (as mentioned in the profile) with the User ID and Temporary Password. Spouse is required to validate the details entered and Approve / Reject the Registration Once the Spouse Approves, the request is sent to the Branch Secretary for Approval. Rest of the features are the same as other Membership.
I have made the payment and Registered But I still do not see any options in imaconnect After you have paid the Fees and Registered with imaconnect, your Registration needs to be approved by the Branch Manager. Till the approval happens, your status will be shown as Waiting for approval once you log into imaconnect Once your registration has been approved, you can log into imaconnect and go to Membership -> Profiles screen. You can see that the status would be updated to Active

Login to imaconnect Go to My Branch Raise Concerns Select Concern Type o General o Membership o Conversion o Transfer Enter Subject of Concern Enter Concern Details in Message section Click on Submit. This will send your Concern to your Branch Secretary. Q: Where do I see My Concerns and Status? Concerns you have raised can be viewed under My Branch My Concerns When Branch Secretary replies to your Concern, an email notification is sent to you. You can log into imaconnect and view the response under My Branch My Concerns

Login to imaconnect Go to Administration Set Fee Structure Select the type of Fee Structure o Membership Fee o Renewal Fee Enter the rates for each of the Membership Type item under its corresponding Branch/Renewal Amount Click on Calculate to view the updated Fee Click on Submit to save the updated Fee structure.

Add Announcements Q: Where do I Add Announcement? Login to imaconnect Go to Administration Announcements Enter the Announcement to be shown in Member Page Click on Send. If we select the Email checkbox when creating an Announcement, the Announcement will be Published under every Member Page, and the same will also be sent as an email to all Registered Member of the Branch. Q: Where do I Delete Announcement? Login to imaconnect Go to Administration Announcements Under the Announcement History section, the list of previous Announcements will be shown. Click on the X button under Delete column to delete an Announcement
