imaconnect: Guide to the system This Guide is intended to assist you navigate through the imaconnect System. You may refer to the links provided in the next slide, to navigate quickly to your area of Guidance Needed. Why Should I Enroll? Login, Registration and Profile Updates I am an existing IMA Member. How do I Register in to the system? Frequently Asked Questions How do I create a Log In / Enroll in imaconnect? I am new to IMA and want to register. Where do I register? How do I create a Log In / Enroll in imaconnect? How do I do a Couple Membership Registration? How is it different from other Membership Registration? I forgot my Password. What should I do? I have created my ID. What should I do next? I have not received the email notification after creating imaconnect ID. What should I do? After activating my imaconnect Account, what do I do next? Is Enrolling and Registering the same? I have made the payment and Registered. But I still do not see any options in imaconnect Where do I change My Password? Where do I update my Profile and Qualifications? How do I take Print Out of my Membership Form?

Login, Registration and Profile Updates Q: I am an existing IMA Member. How do I log in to the system? Q: How do I create a Log In / Enroll in imaconnect? In the IMA Kerala web page, you will find a section that is related to Login as shown in Figure 1. Click on the link Already a member of IMA This will bring up a Pop Up Window, where you are requested to enter your: Email Address (You will be receiving notifications emails in this email address) Mobile Number Password Confirm Password One you enter the details, click on REGISTER. A notification will be sent to your email address, requesting you to Activate Your Account. Figure 1: Login Section NOTE: Enrolling does not complete your Registration. It only creates your Credentials for you to log into the imaconnect system. Registration is done from imaconnect after you log into the system.

Login, Registration and Profile Updates You will receive 2 emails when you create your imaconnect ID. o The first email is to inform you that based on the settings applied by your email provider, mails from imaconnect may be moved to your Junk/Spam Folder. For Hotmail, this will be your Junk Folder For Gmail, this will be your Spam Folder For Yahoo, this will be your Spam Folder o The second email notification is about the imaconnect ID creation and the next step to be done to activate your imaconnect ID. The email notification about your imaconnect ID would be like below: Hi Thank you for Registering to imaconnect Please click the following link to authenticate your email. You will be redirected to the imaconnect Homepage. Please use your email ID and password to log into imaconnect. Click here Thank You for using imaconnect Regards Team imaconnect

Login, Registration and Profile Updates You need to click on the link provided in the email. This will Authenticate your email address and take you back to the IMA Kerala Web Page. You can now log into imaconnect with your User Name (your email address) and Password. NOTE: If you do not see the email from imaconnect, please look at your Junk/Spam folder as it may have been filtered based on your email settings. You need to add imaconnect to your Contact, to ensure that emails appear in your Inbox.

I have not received the email notification after creating imaconnect ID What should I do? Is Enrolling and Registration the same? Enrolling and Registering ARE NOT the same Enrolling only creates your Credentials for you to log into the imaconnect system. Registration is done from imaconnect after you log into the system, and make the payment towards Registration Fee.

Q: After activating my imaconnect Account, what do I do next? Login, Registration and Profile Updates After activating your Account and Logging into imaconnect, you will be requested to provide your details to register with imaconnect. You will need to enter your details in the Membership Details section o Fields marked with Red Asterisk (*) is mandatory and needs to be filled After you are done with the Member Details screen, click on the Arrow Button at the end of the screen NOTE: Clicking on this button will save the data that you have currently entered The next screen loaded requires you to provide your Professional Details o Fields marked with Red Asterisk (*) is mandatory and needs to be filled o The Schemes section lets you select the Schemes that you have already registered for, and lets you enter the Scheme Number. NOTE: Scheme Details CANNOT BE UPDATED AFTER REGISTRATION Scheme Selection is available ONLY FOR Existing Member Enrollment and NOT FOR New Enrollment continue

Login, Registration and Profile Updates After you are done with the Professional Details screen, click on the Arrow Button at the end of the screen Next is the Qualification screen where you need to provide details of your Qualification that will be maintained and certified by IMA in imaconnect o o o You need to enter the details and upload copy of the certificate. Certificated uploaded can be viewed and downloaded later from the Membership Profile section Though Upload of Certificate is Not Mandatory, it is highly recommended that you upload copy of your Certificate NOTE: Qualification Details, Age Proof and MC Registration certificate information are MANDATORY for New Members Documents CANNOT be uploaded after Registration After you are done with the Qualification screen, click on the Arrow Button at the end of the screen The next screen is the Declaration screen where you certify that the details provided by you in the system is correct, and agree to the conditions set forth by IMA. o Details of the Registration Fee is provided in this page o Select the I agree IMA declaration checkbox and click on Submit You will be taken to the Payment Gateway, to make the payment. Once Payment is done, a confirmation message will be sent to your email address.

How do I do a Couple Membership Registration? Q: How do I do a Couple Membership Registration? At the time of creating your profile, in the Membership Details screen you need to select Annual Couple or Life Couple from the Type of Membership drop down. After completing the profile, you will be required to enter the profile of your Spouse. Registration can be done only after entering the details for your Spouse Q: How is it different from other Membership Registration Process? After you submit your Registration request, an email is sent to your spouse s email address (as mentioned in the profile) with the User ID and Temporary Password. Spouse is required to validate the details entered and Approve / Reject the Registration Once the Spouse Approves, the request is sent to the Branch Secretary for Approval. Rest of the features are the same as other Membership.

I have made the payment and Registered But I still do not see any options in imaconnect After you have paid the Fees and Registered with imaconnect, your Registration needs to be approved by the Branch Manager. Till the approval happens, your status will be shown as Waiting for approval once you log into imaconnect Once your registration has been approved, you can log into imaconnect and go to Membership -> Profiles screen. You can see that the status would be updated to Active

Login, Registration and Profile Updates Q: Where do I change my Password Login to imaconnect Go to Membership Change Password You are required to enter: Current Password New Password Confirm Password Click on Change Password to save the new password.

Login to imaconnect Go to Membership Profile In the Membership Details screen, click on the Update Profile icon You can make the required edits across your Profile Once you are done with editing your Profile, click on the Update Profile button Q: How do I take Print Out of my Membership Form? Login to imaconnect Go to Membership Profile In the Membership Details screen, click on the Print Profile icon You need to ensure that your browser does not have Pop-Up Blocker enabled.

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do? I forgot my Password What should I do? Go to IMAKerala web page Click on Forgot Password link shown in Figure 1 In the Popup Window, enter your registered email address and click Get Password A mail will be set to your email address with the following content: Hi To Reset Password please click on the link below or copy & paste it in your browser window Click here Regards Team imaconnect Figure 1: Login Section Clicking on the link will take you to a Password Reset Page Enter the New Password Confirm the New Password Click on Submit. You will get a message stating Password Changed Successfully You can now log in with the new Password

Transfer to Another Branch Q: How do I Transfer to Another Branch? Login to imaconnect Go to Membership Transfer Select Destination District Select Destination Branch Enter Address Details o If New Address is being provided, provide House Name Street Name Post District Click on Apply Once the Transfer is Applied, it will be sent to Current Branch Manager for Approval After the Current Branch Manager Approves the request, it will be sent to the Destination Branch Manager for Approval Once the Destination Branch Manager Approves, your Transfer is Successful At each Approval / Rejection, you will receive a email notification with the status update.

Raise a Concern Q: How do I raise a Concern? Login to imaconnect Go to My Branch Raise Concerns Select Concern Type o General o Membership o Conversion o Transfer Enter Subject of Concern Enter Concern Details in Message section Click on Submit. This will send your Concern to your Branch Secretary. Q: Where do I see My Concerns and Status? Concerns you have raised can be viewed under My Branch My Concerns When Branch Secretary replies to your Concern, an email notification is sent to you. You can log into imaconnect and view the response under My Branch My Concerns

Set Fee Structure Q: Where do I set the Fee Structure? Login to imaconnect Go to Administration Set Fee Structure Select the type of Fee Structure o Membership Fee o Renewal Fee Enter the rates for each of the Membership Type item under its corresponding Branch/Renewal Amount Click on Calculate to view the updated Fee Click on Submit to save the updated Fee structure.

continue Go back View and Attend Approvals Q: Where do I find all the Approval Requests Login to imaconnect Go to Administration Approvals Select the type of Fee Structure o Member Approval o Scheme Approval Q: How do I make Membership Approvals? From Administration Approvals, select Membership Approval From the Drop Down list, select the Type of Approval The Color Legend is provided for easier identification of the Request that has come for approval.

View and Attend Approvals Q: How do I Approve or Reject a Membership Registration request? Login to imaconnect Go to Administration Approvals Membership Approval Select Pending membership Approvals from the dropdown list From the list of requests, select the Member Request for Approval This will bring up the Member s Profile Details for Review Go through the Profile Information In the last screen of Profile Information, select Approve or Reject based on decision. The number of requests pending is shown next to Membership Approval present in the Left Hand Sidebar

Address Member Concerns Q: Where and How do I address Member Concerns Login to imaconnect Go to Administration Address Member Concerns List of Member Concerns will be displayed Click on the Message of Concern to see the Concern Details Click on the Reply button to address the concern Enter the response for the Concern raised, and click on Send The number of Concerns pending is shown next to Address Member Concnerns present in the Left Hand Sidebar

Add Announcements Q: Where do I Add Announcement? Login to imaconnect Go to Administration Announcements Enter the Announcement to be shown in Member Page Click on Send. If we select the Email checkbox when creating an Announcement, the Announcement will be Published under every Member Page, and the same will also be sent as an email to all Registered Member of the Branch. Q: Where do I Delete Announcement? Login to imaconnect Go to Administration Announcements Under the Announcement History section, the list of previous Announcements will be shown. Click on the X button under Delete column to delete an Announcement
