WELCOME TO ANCHORLINK ONLINE BANKING You can monitor your personal finances online, anytime with AnchorLink Online Banking. 1) View balances, deposits and withdrawal information. 2) Transfer funds between accounts and make payments on loans. 3) Download transaction information, including deposits and withdrawals. 4) View check images and bank statements up to 18 months old. 5) Initiate stop payment requests (the fee is discounted when done online). 6) Receive and manage email alerts. 7) Schedule one-time or recurring bill payments. 8) Receive bank statements and notices electronically. 9) Activate your ATM/debit card and report your card as lost or stolen. SIGN UP PROCESS TIP: Browsers that are compatible with AnchorLink Online Banking are the current and prior major release versions: Internet Explorer Microsoft Edge TM Firefox Google Chrome TM Safari 1) Go to AnchorLink.com. 2) Click Enroll. 3) Input your social security number, account number and email. 4) Click Continue. 3

5) Enter your personal information. 6) Click Submit. 7) Read the message on the screen. 8) Click Send Email Verification. 9) Read the message on the screen. 10) Log in to your email to accept verification email. 11) Click on the link within the email from support@anchorlink.com to verify your email address. 12) Either click Print to save AnchorLink ID or write down number for future reference. 13) Click Login. 4

14) Read and click the box next to I Agree. 15) Click Accept. 16) Enter current password. 17) Create new password. 18) Click Continue. 19) Select image. 20) Click Submit. 21) Read the text on the screen to prepare for the security question input. 22) Click Continue. 23) Select security questions and provide answers. 24) Click Submit. 5

25) Review answer to security questions. 26) Click Confirm when finalized. 27) You will receive a confirmation the security questions have been saved. 28) Click Continue. SUBSEQUENT LOG IN 1) Go to AnchorLink.com. 2) Enter your AnchorLink ID and click Login. 6

3) Enter your AnchorLink Password. 4) Click Submit. a) If you forgot your AnchorLink password, click the link to reset it. LANDING PAGE The landing page is the initial screen that displays once you have successfully logged in to AnchorLink. There are two possible landing pages based on your selections: My AnchorLink. Accounts. MY ANCHORLINK CONFIGURE MY ANCHORLINK 1) Click My AnchorLink. 2) My AnchorLink provides a customizable dashboard view of various AnchorLink options divided by widgets. You can select which widgets display in each column and in which order. a) Check mark the Set as Start Page if you would like to save this page as the landing screen upon logging in. If left unselected, you must actively navigate to the My AnchorLink option to access this screen. b) Click Configure This Page. The Dialog box controls which widgets display. You can add or remove widgets from My AnchorLink page view by using the plus and minus icons. 7

3) Choose a column to work with from the Select Column to Configure drop-down field. 4) The names of widgets assigned to that column appear. 5) Add or remove widgets using the plus and minus icons and if desired, change the display order. 6) Click Save to retain changes made to all columns. 7) The Configure This Page dialog box closes, and the My AnchorLink page reloads to reflect the changes. TIP: My AnchorLink has a Left, Center and Right column. The default selection is Left Column. Widgets are assigned into specific columns on the My AnchorLink page and cannot be moved to different columns. CONFIGURE A WIDGET TIP: While the configuration concept for each widget is the same, the content within the configuration dialog box varies based on the purpose of the widget. The Configure icon does not appear on widgets where configuration is not applicable. 1) Click the Configure button on the widget. The dialog box appears. 2) Review the displayed items on the left, and then the items not currently displayed on the right. 3) Add or remove items using the plus and minus buttons, and if desired, change the display order using click and drag. 4) Click Save to retain changes made to the widget. The Configure dialog box closes and the widget reloads to reflect the changes. ACCOUNTS 1) This tab displays list of accounts linked to the AnchorLink ID and balance of those accounts. If My AnchorLink is not selected as the landing page, the Accounts tab 8

serves as the landing page upon login. 2) Contact Us: Directs to contact us information. 3) Disclosures: Includes the disclosures related to AnchorLink. 4) Log Out: Signs out of AnchorLink and deletes the session cookie on the computer. TIP: AnchorLink logs out automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity, and a Warning dialog box displays after nine minutes. An option to Continue or Log Out is provided with one minute to take action. 5) Customer Summary Information displays the login summary. 6) Click Transactions. Directs to: a) Current Transactions b) Download c) Search 7) Click Transfers. Directs to: a) New b) Pending c) History 8) Click Stop Payments. Directs to: a) New b) Current 9) Click Statements. Options include: a) PDF b) Text c) HTML 9

TIP: See estatements for information about discontinuing printed statements. ACCOUNT ACTIVITY VIEW TRANSACTIONS There are several ways to view transactions in AnchorLink. 1) You can click a specific account name from the Accounts widget from the My AnchorLink page. 2) You can also view transactions by navigating to Transactions. Transaction history and balance information display for selected account. 3) Click on the link next to the transaction to view the item. 4) Click on the Available Balance link to view the amount available for transactions. TRANSACTION FIELDS FIELD DEFINITION Current Transactions Appear in date order and include item number (if applicable), transaction description, amount of the transaction and the running balance. Clicking the item number displays the check image s front and back. Pending transactions include the description Pending MEMO. View Transactions for Navigate between the transactions listing of other accounts. Current Balance Displays the current balance of the account. Available Funds Displays the available balance of the account. The link displays the makeup of the available funds. View Range View transaction options: Since Last Statement, 7 Days, 15 Days, 30 Days or All (maximum 18 months). Search Look for specific transactions. Print Creates PDF print file of the page. 10

DOWNLOAD TRANSACTION HISTORY 1) Transaction history can be downloaded in various formats including Microsoft Money, text file, spreadsheet (Excel) or Quicken /QuickBooks. 2) Click Download to display instructions for downloading or viewing the results. DOWNLOAD TRANSACTION FIELDS FIELD Download Transactions for Account Select Download Range Select Download Format DEFINITION Use the drop-down box to navigate between accounts. Options include transactions since last download, since last statement or between two dates. Determines the file type downloaded. Options include: Microsoft Money (OFX) Intuit Quicken (QFX) Intuit QuickBooks (QBO) Personal Finance (QIF) Spreadsheet (CSV) Word Processing (TXT) TRANSFERS Allows you to move money between internal accounts linked to your ID, view existing/future transfers and view history. TIP: Deadlines Transfer: 6 p.m. 11

QUICK TRANSFER 1) Quickly create an immediate transfer from the Transfer widget on the My AnchorLink page. ADD TRANSFER Future-dated or recurring transfers can be created in the Transfers tab. 1) Navigate to the Transfers tab. 2) Enter transfer information. Click Submit. 3) If applicable, click Confirm to finalize transfer and receive confirmation, or Cancel to discard the transfer. PENDING TRANSFER View pending or recurring transfers already established. 1) Use the drop-down menu to view, edit or delete transfers. TRANSFER HISTORY 1) View detailed information on transfers completed. 12

STOP PAYMENT You can submit stop payments on paper checks through AnchorLink. Once a stop payment is entered, it cannot be modified or deleted through AnchorLink. Call your banker to request modifications or to delete the stop payment. 1) Navigate to Stop Payments. 2) Complete the information fields, and then click Submit. 3) Review the stop payments information, and then click Confirm. 4) Final confirmation displays indicating the stop payment has been placed. If the check has already cleared, a message displays stating the stop could not be placed. Review stop payment in Current tab. STATEMENTS 1) Displays basic account statements and account analysis statements in PDF, text or HTML formats. 13

2) These statements do not include check images and do not replace statements sent electronically. See Electronic statements. ACCOUNT INFORMATION 1) Snapshot of account information includes balance, amount of last deposit, interest rate, etc. 14

OPTIONS Modify various fields of information like email address, password and account names. PERSONAL 1) Make changes to login information, and email address. a) Modify Personal Settings: i) Change email address. ii) Change mobile and text alert address. iii) Personal watermark. b) Modify Login Information: i) AnchorLink Wire password. ii) Change AnchorLink ID (alias). iii) Change AnchorLink password. ACCOUNT 1) For security reasons, account numbers are not displayed within AnchorLink. Each account is assigned a pseudo name. You can select an account to change the pseudo name, and you can alter the order in which accounts appear by dragging the account name. TIP: Account names must be alpha/numeric and cannot contain special characters. 15

DISPLAY 1) Establish default settings for various pages within AnchorLink. DISPLAY FIELDS FIELD Accounts Transactions Bill Pay History Transfer History Download Lines Transfer Confirmation DEFINITION Number of accounts displaying on Account Listing page. Amount of initial history displayed when viewing transactions. This option also controls the amount of transaction history available in mobile banking. If applicable, this shows the amount of initial history displayed when viewing bill pay history. Amount of initial history shown when viewing transfer history. Amount of transactional information included when using the download feature. Determines whether a transfer review screen appears before a transfer is completed. ALERTS TIP: Alerts are an excellent way to stay aware of activity on your account. Select either Email and/or Text for alert communication as you will miss time-sensitive alerts if you select the Login option only. 1) Click Options. 2) Click Alerts. 3) Click Alerts Listing to view Current Event Alerts. 4) Event a) Watch for account activities. b) With your accounts, it is always good to be alerted of certain transaction activity. c) Event Alerts remain active until deleted. Available event alerts based on services selected: You have a Maturing Loan You have a Maturing CD You have a Paid Bill Payment You have a Failed Bill Payment You have a Failed Transfer You have an Expired Transfer Transfers Failed Restricted Transfers Deleted Closed Account Bill Pay Changed to Electronic Bill Pay Changed to Check You have an Expiring Bill Payment A Bill Payment has Rejected You have a Transfer Expiring Your email has been changed 16

Mobile number change Incoming Wire Received (business only) Incoming ACH debit received (business only) Incoming ACH credit received (business only) Your Wire has been Processed (business only) 5) Balance a) Watch for when an account falls above or below a specified balance. b) Select the Account Name from the drop-down box, choose Above/Below, and enter an Amount to watch for. c) Balance Alerts remain active until deleted. 6) Item a) Watch for a specified item number to clear your account. b) Enter the Item Number and select the Account Name from the drop-down box. c) Item Alerts delete once the alert has been generated and viewed. 7) Personal a) To be reminded of a selfdefined message on a specific date. b) Enter the Date the alert is to be active and the Message to include in the alert. c) Item Alerts delete once the alert has been generated and viewed. TIP: Alerts can be received one of three ways or a combination of all three. METHOD Login Email Text DEFINITION Upon logging in, an alert message will display on the My AnchorLink page or the Accounts page. Click the alert link to view the alert details. Receive an email indicating a new alert exists in AnchorLink. Receive a text message to your mobile device with the alert details. 17

ATM/DEBIT CARD You can activate or report your card as lost or stolen. 1) Click Options tab. 2) Click ATM/Debit Card. ACTIVATE YOUR CARD 1) Check the Activate box next to your card. 2) Click Submit. 3) Confirm your action. Click Submit. 4) Your card status will now appear as Active. REPORT YOUR CARD AS LOST OR STOLEN 1) Check the Lost/Stolen box next to your card. 2) Click Submit. 3) To confirm your action, click Submit. 4) Your card will now appear as Lost/Stolen. TIP: Call your banker at (953) 230-1630 or (800) 425-5150, option 0, to order a new card. MESSAGE CENTER Send and receive secure messages with Anchor Bank. 18

SEND MESSAGE 1) Click Contact Us. 2) Click New. 3) Fill out the message information, and then click Submit. TIP: You need an email address on file to send Anchor Bank a secure message. If the defaulted email address is invalid or blank, please click on Options and enter your email address. RECEIVE MESSAGE An automated email is sent informing you of a new message from Anchor Bank. After a successful login, a red flashing icon followed by a message alert will be visible on both the My AnchorLink Messages widget and the Accounts page. My AnchorLink 1) Click the message from either the My AnchorLink Messages widgets or the Accounts page. 2) Click View to view the message, or Reply to reply to the message. Accounts Listing 19

TIP: Messages stay in the Message Inbox until deleted. ESTATEMENTS Reduce cost and paper waste, guard against mail fraud and access account activity with free electronic statements and notices. SIGN UP TIP: You ll need one of the following browsers for estatements: Firefox 10 or higher Chrome TM 26 or higher Internet Explorer 11 or higher Safari 5.1. 1) Click on the estatement tab. 2) Agree to the disclosures by clicking I Agree. 3) Choose the accounts you would like to enroll for estatements and click Enroll Checked Accounts. VIEW You will receive an email notification that your statement or notice is ready for you to review. 20

1) Choose the account from the drop-down menu in the window on the right. 2) Choose the date of the statement you wish to view. 3) Your statement will appear in the window on the left. a) To print your statement, click on the save icon. 4) You will be prompted to download the document. a) Open the PDF to print, or save to your computer. TIPS: The Check Search tab only applies to those who receive image statements. Documents available in the estatements section include statements, account analysis and other account related notices.
