BMW Group Page 3 1 Technical requirements The AOS portal provides BMW information and applications to authorised users such as independent vehicle repair workshops, official agencies and training facilities. You can call up the AOS portal via the link https://aos.bmwgroup.com. The AOS portal can be used with a current version of the "Chrome", "Firefox" or "Internet Explorer" browser. You will find detailed information on network requirements, browser and operating system versions directly in the portal at https://aos.bmwgroup.com/technical-requirements.

BMW Group Page 4 2 Registration and login 2.1 Registration You need to register in order to be able to use the AOS portal. To register, click "Register now" on the start page of the AOS portal (https://aos.bmwgroup.com). Fill out the form with the information required for registration and then send it. The following message will appear if your data has been accepted.

BMW Group Page 5 An e-mail will now be sent to the address you have given. In the e-mail, click the provided link to confirm your e-mail address. You are now returned to the portal where you receive the following message. After you have confirmed your e-mail address, your registration will be checked manually by an administrator. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as you have been activated. This process can take up to two working days. If you have not received any message within these two working days, please contact Support.

BMW Group Page 6 2.2 Login If you wish to log in to the AOS portal, click "Already registered? To login" on the start page of the AOS portal (https://aos.bmwgroup.com).

BMW Group Page 7 Enter your e-mail address and your password in the "Logon" section in order to log in to the AOS portal. After this, click the "Logon" button in order to log in.

BMW Group Page 8 2.3 Problems with your password If you are already registered and have problems with your password, you can reset it. To do so, click the "Already registered? To login" button on the start page of the AOS portal.

BMW Group Page 9 The login form now appears. To the right, beside the login section, is the "Help" section. In order to reset your password, click "Reset password" here. You are now asked to enter your e-mail address so that you can receive a code with which to reset your password. After this, click "Next".

BMW Group Page 10 You will now be sent an e-mail with a code. Copy this. Paste the copied code into the corresponding field on the AOS portal page and click "Next". Please note that the code you have been sent is only valid for 30 minutes.

BMW Group Page 11 You will now receive a new password with which you can log in. Use your e-mail address and your new password to log in, and follow the instructions.

BMW Group Page 12 3 User management You can manage your account data under the menu item "My access". Click the "Assign a new password" button in order to change your password. The form for changing a password now opens. Here you can assign a new password.

BMW Group Page 13 4 Organisation administration Please note the following: Only the legal representative of an organisation can call up the organisation administration. The legal representative is the first user account that was created during registration. Accounts created afterwards by an organisation cannot call up the organisation administration. 4.1 Creating new users If you wish to add new users to your organisation, click the menu item "My organisation". After this, click the "User management" tab to open the overview of your organisation's registered users.

BMW Group Page 14 In the overview of the registered users of your organisation, click the "New user" button to add a new user. A form now opens in which you can enter the data of the user to be created before he/she is added to your organisation. After you have entered the new user's data, click "Create user" to complete the process.

BMW Group Page 15 4.2 Your organisation's authorisations BMW grants your organisation authorisations to use portal functions. As legal representative, your account always enjoys the full rights of your organisation. You can limit the rights of all other users (see section 4.3). You can view the authorisations of your organisation by first clicking the menu item "My organisation", and then "Permission".

BMW Group Page 16 You are now given an overview of the authorisations that have been assigned to your organisation. The applications available to your organisation depend on these authorisations.

BMW Group Page 17 4.3 Configuring a user's authorisations If you wish to change the authorisations of a user in your organisation, click the menu item "My organisation". After this, click the "User management" tab to access the overview of your organisation's registered users.

BMW Group Page 18 Select the user whose authorisation you wish to change by clicking their e-mail address.

BMW Group Page 19 The user data administration of the user whose rights you wish to change is now opened. Here you see the "Permission" section. This contains the selection of authorisations that you can assign to the user. Select the authorisations which you wish to grant to (or withdraw from) the user, and click "Store".

BMW Group Page 20 4.4 Deleting a user If you wish to delete a user from your organisation, click the menu item "My organisation". After this, click the "User management" tab to open the overview of your organisation's registered users.

BMW Group Page 21 Select the user you wish to delete by clicking their e-mail address.

BMW Group Page 22 The user data administration of the selected user is now opened. Here you can see the "Delete user" button. To delete the selected user, click this button. Please note the following: The user account of the legal representative cannot be deleted.

BMW Group Page 23 4.5 Deleting your organisation If you wish to have your organisation deleted, first click the menu item "My organisation", and then "Delete organisation". Please note the following: When your organisation is deleted, all user accounts of the organisation lose their validity. It is then no longer possible to log in at the portal.

BMW Group Page 24 5 Starting applications 5.1 Starting the RSA application To start the RSA application, click the "Applications" tab on the start page.

BMW Group Page 26 The information page on the "RSA Online Guide" now opens. You can use this to start the RSA application. If the RSA application is available, you will see a green field beside the word "Start". When you click "Start", the application starts.

BMW Group Page 27 6 Support This function allows you to send a support request to the BMW Group free-of-charge. There, enquiries on the following topics will be answered within a reasonable period: Login Registration Permission General questions on the function of applications

BMW Group Page 28 Access to user support is via the "Help" button on the start page. You can use the support form to enter the problem and the general conditions. Then send this to BMW.
