Wrking Relatinship SUPPORT PROCESS AND PROCEDURES All new client service request shuld be emailed t supprt@flywiretechnlgy.cm If email is nt available then these request can be made by calling ur ffice at (770)771-5299 ptin (1) Once a call has been received, a service ticket will be pened in the autmated call tracking system n these inputs, the specialist will analyze the ticket t determine the severity f the issue. The technician will call the end user and begin trubleshting the issue Missin Critical call back respnse time f less than 1 hur These include systems Vital t the peratin f the rganizatin as a whle. This applies t hardware r sftware that has ceased wrking, and is missin-critical. Missin critical is defined as anything that halts departmental r cmpany peratins, such as failure t a server, email, switch, r Internet cnnectin. Nn Missincritical call back respnse time f less than 8 business hurs This applies t mves, adds, r changes f hardware r Sftware such as changes t systems r general help With systems r sftware Standard supprt services are available Mn-Fri 8:30 am - 8:30 pm EST After hurs supprt is available Mn-Fri and n weekends fr a rate f $200 per incident 6
DETAILED ASSUMPTIONS All supprt requests will be handled ver the phne r thrugh ur remte desktp streaming sftware, unless it is determined that the issue cannt be crrected withut an nsite visit. (see respnse times) Client is respnsible fr cntracting with an IT r cnsulting vendr if needed t facilitate with the installatin r custmizatins f lcal r hsted 3 rd party prducts CLIENT is respnsible fr designating cntacts fr Sftware and r IT vendrs invlved in migratin and supprt. These cntacts will act as a liaisn between client and FLYWIRE TECHNOLOGY while reslving issues that cncern thse areas. This will eliminate cmmunicatins issues and ensure timely respnse and escalatin f service requests Billing Details CHARGES The mnthly fixed charge fr the service agreement is due n the 1st f each mnth, beginning the effective date f the agreement. The fixed charged might als be paid bi-annually r annually. This will be payable by credit card. Flywire Technlgy will bill CLIENT fr any charges incurred frm 3rd party vendrs required t cmplete any supprt issue All charges fr supprt and services are subject t change with written ntice. CONFIDENTIALITY AND LOSS OF DATA It is nt ur intentin t examine CLIENT infrmatin, except when agreed upn by the CLIENT that it is necessary t reslve a specific reprted prblem. Technical, persnal and financial data will be treated in a cnfidential manner by Flywire Technlgy, its emplyees and agents. Flywire Technlgy, its emplyees and agents will maintain the cnfidentiality f such data in the same manner as similar data belnging t Flywire Technlgy. Flywire Technlgy is nt respnsible fr any CLIENT data lss, damage, r crruptin. Due t negligence f CLIENT r circumstances beynd Flywire Technlgy s cntrl. Flywire Technlgy will n a best effrt basis make sure CLIENT has the crrect equipment and backup prcedures in place. Flywire Technlgy will nt be held accuntable fr any reasn fr hardware and sftware malfunctins that prevent a wrking backup. 8
