Financial Reports If you have Company level access, you can download both company-level and office-level reports. To generate company-level reports, select "All" from the office drop-down menu. To generate office-level reports, select the individual office from the office drop-down menu. Listed below is an overview of the various types of financial reports: Report Name Remittance Advice Closed Business Journal Written Business Journal Report Description This report shows the Royalty Fees due for all unpaid Closed (CL) Transactions and Underpaid (EU) Closed Transactions. This allows the user with the appropriate access levels to print the remittance report and send a single check to cover all the charges listed on the report. This report provides a list of all real estate Transactions and Other Income Transactions with a closed date in a specified time period. This report can be viewed on screen or exported to Excel. This report allows you to see all Transactions that were added or updated within a specified date range. This report can be viewed on screen or exported to Excel. Note: Users with User Administration (UA), Broker (BA), Accounting (AA) and Read Only (RO) access levels can run financial reports. Remittance Advice Report You can generate an invoice for payment of Royalty Fees by using the Remittance Report function. 1 P a g e
1. Click Reports from the left navigation menu. 2. Click Financial. The Reports: Remittance Search Criteria 3. Enter your report criteria, such as: A. Office B. Transaction C. Business 4. Click Search. The Reports: Create Remittance screen 5. From here: A. Select the desired transactions. B. Enter the Paying Amount. 6. Click Create Remittance. NOTE: When generating a Remittance report, you can specify the dollar amount that the Company/Office is paying against a particular Transaction or Other Income. The Amount Paying will default to the Amount Due unless you specify a different amount. 2 P a g e

Closed Business Journal 1. Click Reports from the left navigation menu. 2. Select Financial. The Reports: Remittance Search Criteria screen 3. Click Closed Business Journal. The Reports: Closed Business Journal Search Criteria screen displays. 4. Enter your Search Criteria, such as: A. Office B. Transaction C. Date Parameters 5. Click Search. The Closed Business Journal Results displays all transactions that meet your search criteria. From here, you can: A.
