Owners have access to financials reports, building specific updates, and other information here. Please follow the directions below starting on page 8 to create a username and password. Application forms, regulations and information frequently requested by prospective buyers and realtors are available here. News items will be updated regularly. Check Alerts for issues affecting your use of the property. The COA section contains general information about our community and is accessible by anyone who visits the site. Dropdown menus under COA and Updates also allow for easy access to content and can be accessed from anywhere on the website. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 4
Click the arrow to the right of the month to select a future or past month. View calendar by week, month or in agenda style. The calendar contains key social and operational dates. Click any item or date in the calendar to see additional details. Click the date to see all the items on a particular day. Click ENLARGE below the calendar to see the calendar in full screen. Quick reference links at the bottom of the screen will be added and updated periodically. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 5
Main menu is always accessible at the top of the screen to allow for navigation from anywhere on the website. In the enlarged calendar view, click the HERE link to request a posting to the calendar. Bulletin board items will automatically be added to the calendar. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 6
Follow the CLICK HERE link to send a post to the bulletin board. Date-specific bulletin board items will also be added to the calendar. Bulletin board entries will display on this page and will be deleted when they expire or upon the request of the owner. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 7
To create your account and log in There are two paths to the registration form to create a new user account: Option One: Click the Register Here under Owner indicated below Create Account Option #1: Access to the registration form with one click. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 8
Create Account Option Two: Click Owners in the Main Menu and then Create Your Account on the login screen Create Account Option #2: Step 1: Click OWNERS Create Account Option #2: Step 2: Click Create your Account and fill the registration form. Enter a username, your email address, name, building, unit, telephone numbers and parking space ID. See the form on the next page. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 9
Step 3: Fill in the form. You will need your parking space ID. A temporary password will be sent to this email address. Click Register to submit the form. Wait for a follow up message from the administrator before logging in for the first time. Click My Account then Edit Account to change your password after logging in for the first time. Logging in From the home page click Owners in the Main Menu Enter your username and password. Forgot your password? is also available if you cannot remember your password. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 11
The Owners Dashboard The Board tab on the dashboard contains updates on initiatives and communications from the Board. The Property tab on the owners dashboard contains the association budget and other property information The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 12
The directory of owners is on the Directory tab on the owners dashboard. Fillable forms can be found on the Forms tab on the owners dashboard. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 13
While in the Owners area use the Go Back link in blue on the right hand side to return to the Dashboard. Click Owners to navigate between the public and private areas of the website. Please Logout here before leaving the website. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 14
Main Menu on your Smart Phones On the smaller screen of the mobile / smart phone, the Main Menu is represented by three bars. Touch the three bars to expand the Main Menu. Then touch any of the menu items to navigate. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 15
