How to Login the Administration Panel Required web browser: latest version of Google Chrome 1. Go to https://email.wtt.wisprcloud.com 2. Select User Setting / Administration Panel 3. Input Email address and Password, then click LOGIN 3
How to Update Administrator Information 1. Click User Settings in the Admin Panel 2. Click CHANGE PASSWORD to change the administrator password 3. Click EDIT to update First Name, Last Name, Language and Timezone Note: Language selection is only applicable to the Mail interface How to Check the Cloud Mail Account Information 1. Click Dashboard in the Admin Panel 2. You may view the following information: Number of domains, Number of users (number of email account(s) created/number of email account(s) entitled), Total Mail Storage Used 4
How to Create New User Account 1. Click Users in the Admin Panel 2. Click CREATE 3. Input new user account information 4. Click CREATE 5
How to Create Alias for User Accounts 1. Click Users in the Admin Panel 2. Search the user required to create alias and click icon to select User Aliases 3. This will allow user to enter a desired alias name for that specific user. After entering the desired alias, click ADD ALIAS" to create an alias email for the user account. Emails send to the alias address will be delivered automatically to the user inbox 6
4. You can delete an existing alias account by clicking on the rubbish bin icon beside the alias or click CLEAR ALL ALIASES to delete all alias account under this email user account 7
How to Reset Password for User Account 1. Click Users in the Admin Panel 2. Search the user required to change password and click icon to select Reset Password 3. Select the reset password option, then click RESET to generate a new password. Reset password options: Enforce user to change password on next login (Recommended) or Password will never expire (Not recommended) or Reset password without changing password expiry date 8
How to Grant or Revoke Administrator Role 1. Click Users in the Admin Panel 2. Search the user to be granted administrator role and click icon to select Grant Customer Administrator Role 3. Click GRANT to confirm the administrator role 4. Select Revoke Customer Administrator Role to revoke the administrator role of the user 9
How to Delete a User 1. Click Users in the Admin Panel 2. Search the user to be deleted and click icon to select Delete User 3. Click Delete to confirm the deletion Note: Deletion of Cloud Mail account is unrecoverable 10
How to Add an Email Domain 1. Click Details in the Admin Panel 2. Click the + icon under Domains 3. Input the email domain to be added, then click CREATE Note: Please make sure you own the domain and add the Cloud Mail MX record to you domain host s DNS record 11
How to Check MX, SMTP, IMAP, POP Information 1. Click Details in the Admin Panel 2. Check the information under Services Entitled 12
How to Remove Trash Mail from User Accounts 1. Click Details in the Admin Panel 2. Click GO TO LEGACY MAIL ADMIN PANEL 3. Click Mail Account Manager under General Settings 4. Click the rubbish bin icon to empty the trash mail folder for the respective user account 5. All deleted messages are moved to the trash folder. Messages in the trash folder can be recovered. User can permanently remove the messages and recover the quota space by clicking "empty" beside the Trash icon 13
How to Enable Email Forwarding for User Accounts 1. Click Details in the Admin Panel 2. Click GO TO LEGACY MAIL ADMIN PANEL 3. Click Mail Account Manager under General Settings 4. You will be able to see all the user(s) and administrator(s) of the company. Click the forwarding mail icon besides the respective user name 5. You can enter the destination email account for forwarding incoming emails. Select Keep a copy of mail in the login account. A copy of the incoming email will be kept in the user account and also forwarded to the destination email account 6. Click Deactivate to disable email forwarding function, or click Edit to change the destination e-mail account 14
How to Create and Share the Corporate Calendar 1. Click Details in the Admin Panel 2. Click GO TO LEGACY MAIL ADMIN PANEL 3. Click Mail Account Manager under General Settings 4. For each user ID listed, administrator can enable or disable the corporate calendar function. By default, the corporate calendar is set as disabled. Click the icon under Corporate Calendar beside the target user account to enable sharing of the corporate calendar 15
How to Route Outbound Email Through an External SMTP Server 1. Click Details in the Admin Panel 2. Click GO TO LEGACY MAIL ADMIN PANEL 3. Click Outbound Mail Gateway under Mail 4. Input the SMTP gateway that would route the outbound email, then click Save 16
How to Create a Tagline Message for All User Accounts 1. Click Details in the Admin Panel 2. Click GO TO LEGACY MAIL ADMIN PANEL 3. Click Tagline Manager under Mail 4. Click Choose File to upload the tagline file in plain text and html format, and select the language 5. Click Publish to upload and publish the tagline message Reminder: Both plain text and HTML versions of the tagline must be provided. After uploading the tagline, it will be displayed at the end of each message. The tagline cannot be deleted. 17
How to Create Whitelist 1. Click Details in the Admin Panel 2. Click GO TO LEGACY MAIL ADMIN PANEL 3. Click Whitelist under Mail 4. Input an email domain or IP address to be added to the whitelist 5. Existing whitelisted host can be deleted by clicking the cross icon beside the email domain or IP address 18
How to Create Distribution List 1. Click Details in the Admin Panel 2. Click GO TO LEGACY MAIL ADMIN PANEL 3. Click Distribution List under Contact 4. Click Add Distribution List 5. Input name of the distribution list and click Create New List 6. Add email address(es) of the member(s) to the distribution list and click Add to distribution list 19

How to Import Corporate Address Book for All User Accounts 1. Click Details in the Admin Panel 2. Click GO TO LEGACY MAIL ADMIN PANEL 3. Click Corporate Directory Manager under Contacts 4. Select a file format to import your current company address book (CSV, tab-delimited and LDIF are supported. They must follow the UTF-8 encoding.) 5. Click Choose File to select the file for import. Click Import to import the corporate directory information. Please allow a short period of time for the corporate directory/address book to be completely imported 21
How to Export Corporate Address Book 1. Click Details in the Admin Panel 2. Click GO TO LEGACY MAIL ADMIN PANEL 3. Click Corporate Directory Manager under Contact 4. Select a file format to export your current company address book 5. Click Export, and then Save to save your Corporate Address Book 22
