5.Getting Started with Google Play Google Play is Google's official store and portal for Android apps, games, and other for your Android Media Player. 5.1 Log-In Open the Google Play application on your media player and you'll need to be logged in with a Google account at this point: When first setting up the media player, it will ask if you have an existing Google Account, like the screen shown above. It will then ask you to put in our log-in information. If you have twostep verification setup through Google, the initial log-in will fail and take you to a web-based log-in so that you can use your two-step factor codes. 17/22

After logging in and agreeing to the Terms of Service, Google will ask you if you want to backup and restore from this account, and if this is going to be your primary account you're likely going to say "yes" to this. Please also note that this is the first place to opt out of Google's location tracking. You can also turn off the Wi-Fi always scanning here too, if you're not a fan of that. Both of these settings can be changed later on under Settings. The Google Play Store has a mixture of both free and paid apps. There are also some apps that can be downloaded for free but have in-app purchases (IAPs), which means that you may have to pay a fee to access certain locked features of the app. If you're not comfortable with, or ready, to enter any kind of credit card information, you can skip this step with the 'Not Now' option at the bottom of the screen. If you prefer to make your purchases without a credit card, you can also choose to purchase Google Play gift cards and load them onto your account. 18/22

5.2 How To Find the Apps You're Looking for in Google Play The quickest way to find the app you're looking for is by the search bar found at the top of the Play Store. You can further narrow your choices down by choosing the Apps category or any other category you're interested in. There are a few caveats when using the search option to find apps. First, you need to know what you're looking for or, at least, have a fairly concise idea of what you're looking for in the store. This becomes even more important in broader categories. 19/22

If you can't search for an app by its specific name, be sure to search with as many specific keywords as you can. It's easy to judge an app by its icon, but also try to pay attention to the name of the company, as well as the app. While searching in the Play Store app on your media player, you can see ratings for apps in the search listings, but on the website from your computer, you cannot. However, you can filter apps in the website search by both price and rating, so rather than scrolling past low-rated apps, you never even see them. 5.3 How to Download Android Apps Using the Google Play Store. When you find the apps for which you are looking, please start the installation process by clicking on the Install button. The download process will begin. Please wait until the download process is complete. If the download process is finished, the installation process will start automatically. When the installation is complete, you will find the apps in the application menu, My Apps. 20/22

6. Firmware Update You can download newest firmware package from our official website:. 7. Trouble Shooting/FAQ 7.1 No Picture Refer to the TV user manual for how to select the correct video input channel. 7.2 USB Content Cannot Be Read. The format of USB storage device is not supported.. The supported memory size is 32GB maximum.. Make sure that this player supports these files. 7.3 Remote Controller Doesn't Respond Quickly to the Pressing of Keys Make sure that batteries have enough power. 7.4 The Firmware Update Process Hasn't Completed After a Long Time If you update the firmware over the online service, it may take a long time to download the firmware update files from the server. To save your time, update the firmware through the MicroSD card. 8.
