MILEAGE SUBMISSIONS AND BADGE AWARDS ONLINE MILEAGE SUBMISSIONS AND BADGE AWARDS ONLINE The purpose of this job aid is to provide instruction on how to access Mileage Submissions and Badge Awards online in MemberNation. 1. Log into www.members.hog.com. Note: You can access and view your mileage sub missions online, but remember, you will still need to have all mileage verified and submitted by an authorized Mileage Program verification location (dealerships etc.). 2. Go to My Membership, then to Benefits and then to Benefits Tile Mileage. If you are already in the program, it will go to the mileage page. If you are not in the program, it will take you to the Rules/Learn How to Join screen. 3. The H.O.G Mileage recognition screen is where members can log their riding achievements and receive recognition for their accomplishments. In this example, 1000 miles is submitted. Note: The next badge achievement is at 4000 miles. Page 2 of 52

CHAPTER OFFICER MANAGEMENT FULL RIGHTS CHAPTER OFFICER MANAGEMENT FULL RIGHTS The purpose of this job aid is to provide instruction on how to manage chapters with full rights. 1. Log into www.members.hog.com and then select Chapters. 2. Select the Officer Resources dropdown. 3. Select H.O.G. Chapter Tools. 4. Scroll down to Membership Tools and select Membership Verification. 5. Select the Find National Members, Validate Membership Status tab. Page 4 of 52

CHAPTER OFFICER MANAGEMENT FULL RIGHTS 6. Type United in the Country field and the autofill validation will prompt a dropdown for you to select the criteria s exact match. Select United States. Note: You can enter in the HOG Member ID in the Member ID field, or do a generic search using any of the search criteria on the screen. For this example, we are performing a generic search based on what country members live. 7. Select the Search button and the search results display. 8. Return to the H.O.G. Chapter Tools screen and then select the Add or Remove Chapter Members tab and the Chapter Dashboard will display. Note: If you have an officer role (Membership Officer, Director, Assistant Director, Secretary, Treasurer), you can Add/Remove members to a chapter. In this example, a member is removed from a chapter. Page 5 of 52

Select the chapter you want to view and the members in the chapter will display. In this example, the Milwaukee Chapter 2 is selected. Results Page 6 of 52

CHAPTER OFFICER MANAGEMENT FULL RIGHTS 11. Select the check box next to the chapter member you want to remove. Note: In this example, a chapter member who does not have an Active status is selected. 12. Select the Remove Selected Members(s) button. Page 7 of 52

CHAPTER OFFICER MANAGEMENT FULL RIGHTS 13. Confirm your removal by selecting the Confirm Remove Members button. Note: Confirmation of this change will show on the following screen. Results 14. To go back to your chapter, select the Continue to My Chapter button. Page 8 of 52

CHAPTER OFFICER MANAGEMENT FULL RIGHTS 15. Select the Find/Add Member(s) button. Note: In the next example, a new chapter member will be added. 16. Type United in the Country field, and then select United States. 17. Type Wis in the State/Province field, and then select Wisconsin. Page 9 of 52

Note: You will not be able to add lapsed members to your chapter. 20. Select the Add Members to My Chapter button. Note: You may select multiple members to add or delete from your chapter. All officers of the chapter will now be displayed. 25. Select the Home link to go back to the H.O.G. Chapter Tools Home page. Page 12 of 52

Note: You can download a Chapter Report by selecting the Create Chapter Report link. Results 29. Select the Home link to return to the Home page. Page 14 of 52

In this example, we select the Milwaukee Chapter 2 Officers group. Here you will be able to communicate with all Officers of the Milwaukee Chapter 2. Page 15 of 52

Note: Other officers will now be able to read and comment on your post. You can also add content using the icons above the Post section (file, attachment, link etc.). Page 16 of 52

CHAPTER OFFICER MANAGEMENT NO RIGHTS CHAPTER OFFICER MANAGEMENT NO RIGHTS The purpose of this job aid is to provide instruction on how to manage chapters with no rights. 1. Login to www.members.hog.com and then select Chapters. 2. Select the Officer Resources dropdown. 3. Select H.O.G. Chapter Tools. 4. Select the Add or Remove Chapter Members tab and the Chapter Dashboard will display. Note: If you have an officer role of Activities Officer, LOH Officer, Road Captain, Editor, Safety Officer, Photographer, Historian, Webmaster, you cannot Add/Remove members to a chapter. CHAPTER OFFICER MANAGEMENT NO RIGHTS 5. To view all of your chapters, select the arrow next to the Manage Chapter dropdown field. 6. Select the chapter you want to view and the members in the chapter will display. In this example, the Milwaukee Chapter 2 is selected. Note: Because this officer role does not have editing rights, the Find/Add Member(s) button does not appear after the chapter to view is selected. Results Page 18 of 52

Select the Communicate with other Chapter Officers tab. Note: While in this example, you can not make any edits, you can still chat with other officers. 9. Select the My Groups link. Page 19 of 52

Here you will be able to communicate with all Officers of the Milwaukee Chapter 2. 11. In this example, we see that another officer has already communicated to the group. You can Comment or Like the post. In this example, the Like link for a post is selected. 12. Select the Comment link to comment on the officer s post. Page 20 of 52

RALLY TOOLS RALLY TOOLS The purpose of this job aid is to provide instruction on how to use Rally tools. 1. Log into www.members.hog.com. 2. Select the Officer Resources dropdown. 3. Select H.O.G. Chapter Tools. 4. Select Find National Members, Validate Membership Status tab. Page 22 of 52

RALLY TOOLS 5. Type United in the Country field and the autofill validation will prompt a dropdown for you to select the criteria s exact match. Select United States. Note: You can enter in the HOG Member ID in the Member ID field, or do a generic search using any of the search criteria on the screen. For this example, we are performing a generic search based on what country members live. 6. Select the Search button. 7. Select the arrow next to the Status column header to sort your data. This will allow you to validate active or lapsed memberships prior to your rally. Note: You can sort on any of the field headers. Page 23 of 52

EVENT REGISTRATION - YOURSELF EVENT REGISTRATION - YOURSELF The purpose of this job aid is to provide instruction on how to register yourself for an event in MemberNation. 1. Log into www.members.hog.com. 2. Select the Events tab. Page 28 of 52

EVENT REGISTRATION - YOURSELF 3. Select Event Calendar. From here you can search for the event you would like to register for. Once located, select the event to begin the registration process. 4. On the Event RSVP screen, scroll down and select the Register Yourself button. 5. Verify that all of your information is correct and then select the Continue button. Page 29 of 52

EVENT REGISTRATION - YOURSELF 6. The ticket for the event will display. Select the Continue button. 7. Select the Plus Sign (+) next to the course(s) you want to attend. You cannot select more than five. 8. After selecting your course(s), select the Continue button. Page 30 of 52

EVENT REGISTRATION ANOTHER OFFICER AND A GUEST EVENT REGISTRATION ANOTHER OFFICER AND A GUEST The purpose of this job aid is to provide instruction on how to register another officer and a guest for an event. 1. Log into www.members.hog.com. 2. Select the Event tab. Page 32 of 52

EVENT REGISTRATION ANOTHER OFFICER AND A GUEST 3. Select Event Calendar. From here you can search for the event you would like to register for. Once located, select the event to begin the registration process. 4. On the Event RSVP screen, scroll down and select the Another Officer/Dealer button. Note: Since you have already registered for the event yourself, the Register Yourself button can no longer be selected. 5. On the Attendee Information screen, enter the following information and then select the Continue button. Chapter/Dealer Chapter Name First/Last Name Email Address HOG Member ID Page 33 of 52

First/Last Name Email Address Guest Of Note: In the Guest Of field, enter the HOG Member ID of the HOG Member brining the guest. 13. The ticket for the event will display. Select the Continue button. Card Number Expiration Month and Year CVV Number Card Holder Name 16. If you would like to save this payment information, select the check box next to Would you like to save this payment method for future use? Page 37 of 52
