IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR WATCH & TRACKING LOCATIONS / ACCURACY All the GPS tracking devices is tracked when outdoors via a map location (Google Maps) & GPS Satellites. When a device is indoors satellite signals is normally lost and then the device locates via. LBS (Cell phone Towers), for LBS tracking normally the distance variance is 200 meters to 1000 meters, because the LBS map location depends on how many base stations surrounds your area. Although devices are usually accurate, exact locations depends on your environment and many other contributing factors. We have rated this product with a 95% GPS Accuracy. Note: These watches are not waterproof but water resistant. We will not replace a watch where water damage is suspected. The watch uses a MICRO SIMCARD and not a NANO SIM! HOW TO INSERT THE SIM CARD IN WC129 IMPORTANT: Be careful not to break the battery wires when removing the battery as this will null and void your warranty.
WILD CHILD KIDS GPS WATCH SCANNING CODE - "SeTracker" (ONLY if you can't download it from your App Store) Aim your Phone Scanner at the QR Code and Install on your phone. Setting up the App 1) For the watch to work you need to insert a SIM Card and load the simcard with airtime. The watch can make and receive calls, as well as send voice messages. The watch also needs airtime for tracking purposes, if there s no airtime you won t be able to track your child. 2) For models 129b/p open the watch at the back by removing the 4 small screws, carefully remove the watch battery and insert the sim card in the sim socket (shown above). For Models 10b/p the sim card slides in on the side of the watch. 3) You can request Jet Track to automatically load airtime for you, kindly contact us at admin@jettrack.co.za and we will activate this function payable monthly in advance. Upon receipt of your debit order instruction the first deduction will be made within 7 days. 4) Once the app has been downloaded you need to register. Should you get a message on your phone during download this file could harm your device proceed by accepting, no need to panic. Once Installed on your phone, open the App and press register as per below. Click on the Register Button
5) Fill in all your details as explained in the steps below. Registration Code: Found on the back of the watch as showed below. Tap on the Blue Mark on the screen. Tap on the Blue Mark. Your phone will go in to scanning mode, now aim your phone at the QR Code at the back of the watch and once read, the code will automatically appear in the registration space. Account: Insert YOUR cell number here or the phone you will use to track the watch, this is not the watches cell number Nickname: This is your child s name or nickname. Phone: If you lose your phone to which number can they send your password Password retrieval Password: Enter your Personal Login Password please remember it. Confirm Password: Confirm your Password Language: English Area: Africa and Europe. Once you have filled in all these details you can go ahead and press OK. It will now take you into the app where you can start filling in all your details. You will get used to the App and its features as you go along. Setting up the App on your phone AFTER you have installed it You should be able to start setting up your watch through the app. Access the Settings Page by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom middle of the Home screen. The watch is controlled by you and not the child, thus setting up the watch correctly is very important.
SOS Number Insert the 3 most important numbers that you want your child to call in an emergency. When the SOS button is pressed it will call the first number on the list. If there is no answer it will go to the next number on the second call. If there is no answer on all 3 numbers the SOS dial will automatically start from the first number again. Voice Care You can listen remotely to what is happening in your child s surroundings, without it broadcasting sound from your end of the call (speaker will be mute on the watch s side). Please note that these calls will reflect on your bill. Operating Mode Set the watch to broadcast its location. Choose from 3 different settings: 1. Normal Mode: update location every 10 minutes 2. Power Save Mode: update location every 1 hour 3. Follow Mode: update intervals 1 minute Phone Book - Contacts Insert the contact numbers that you want to allow to be able to contact the watch. You can put the numbers on a white list and only these will be allowed contact and calls. Alarm Equipment SMS Alerts Receive SMS alerts from the watch 1. Low Battery alerts 2. SOS Button use alert 3. Watch removal alert Push Switch Receive an alert if the watch is removed. This setting can be switched on/off. Language and Time Zone Set up your language of choice and current location timezone. Remote Shut down Remotely shut down the watch. Once you are connected to the watch via the App the person wearing the watch will not be able to shut it down manually. Restore the default work mode Factory Reset, everything goes back to the way it was before Account Settings Access the account settings by pressing the Me button on the bottom of the App. The information on this page is crucial to the correct operation of your device. Keep your account up to date if any of the details change as well as setting a strong password to prevent loss. Personal Data Update the data of the App to your current data.
Account Change your account login username here. Make sure to update your own info if you have purchased a refurbished unit. Also will be used to reset your password. Sex Set your gender to show your reply avatar on your chat App. Name Insert your name. Phone Number Your phone number here is used so that when you reset your password, they will ask you for your phone number. Email Your email address also used as a security question should you forget your password, and will be used to reset the password for you. Device List Add multiple watches to your App if you have to monitor more than one. Change Password Each time you reset the password, the default login password is 123456. Make sure to change it to something secure.
Adding a second watch to the already installed App Note: Once registered and setup complete a second user can download the same app and simply login with your username and password. The second user does not have to go through the same registering process again. This is ideal when both parents want access to the App and tracking. ADDING MORE DEVICES TO ONE APP: FROM THE MAIN SCREEN FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND SAVE ONCE DONE Click here to access the options panel Choose Device List option Add the person s name Add the watch registration code as per the first set of steps. Press SAVE to make sure the new person is updated.
Once the device has saved the new details you can easily view all the devices listed and switch between them. NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU SET UP ALL THE DEVICES INDIVIDUALY. ALSO MAKE SURE THE TRACKING INTERVAL IS SET ON 1 MINS FOR ALL THE DEVICES
