AXALTA MASTER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM Earn a Master Certification from Axalta after successfully completing as few as three or four courses. The program offers a path to advance your skills from industry standard to expert through four educational stages using Cromax, Spies Hecker, or Standox products. In addition, many of the certification courses qualify for credit hours. How it works The recommended learning path is to take an application class (101* or 201) followed by 301 and 401. After successful completion of level 401, you ll earn your Master Certification. All other classes are optional, and can be used to maintain your Master Certification status in the future. * Students with at least two years of professional experience may be eligible for a level-100 course waiver. 201 level of complexity field of study 0 = product 1 = color number in series Levels 400 Decision Making This Master level provides technicians the tools to achieve preventative troubleshooting abilities using abstract concepts, resulting in professional, efficient repair. 300 Application This advanced level is where students learn to take in concepts and apply them in a practical way. Fine-tuning of skills also happens here. 200 Skills This professional level is normally done in a Learning and Development Center where students are trained in basic fundamentals as well as skills needed to perform their jobs. 100 Knowledge This introductory level is reserved for field training and includes basic knowledge, facts and training.
