Upper Great Plains Compliance After we become a member of SPP and the approval of the proposed 2015 Changes to the NERC Rules of Procedure.. We will no longer be registered as a Purchasing-Selling Entity (PSE) Interchange Authority (IA) Load-Serving Entity (LSE).

Upper Great Plains Compliance SPP will become our Reliability Coordinator, Balancing Authority, Transmission Service Provider, and Planning Coordinator WAUE SPP will become our Planning Authority and Transmission Service Provider - WAUW UGP will remain within the MRO & WECC Regional Reliability Organization Footprints.

UGP Internal Compliance Program

UGP Internal Compliance Program To Ensure the Bulk Electric System within the Upper Great Plains Region is Operated in a Reliable and Stable Manner Which is Compliant with NERC and Regional Reliability Standards.

UGP Internal Compliance Program Ensure the Upper Great Plains Region is Prepared to Provide the Necessary Information to NERC, MRO, and WECC to Support the Position that the Region is in Compliance with all Applicable Reliability Standards.

UGP Internal Compliance Program Senior Vice President for UGP - Ultimately responsible for our compliance and the Program within the Region Vice President for UGP Operations Delegated the responsibility for compliance within the Region Compliance Manager Responsible for administration of the Program within the Region

UGP Internal Compliance Program In the event of an investigation by FERC, NERC, MRO, or WECC, or an internal investigation associated with a compliance issue, our ICP requires full cooperation by UGP personnel. Employees reporting or providing information related to a suspected or sustained compliance violation are not subject to retaliation in any manner.
