Step 1: Login to Delphi Bank Internet Banking Input your customer number Input your password Click to enter your Internet Banking Login to your Internet Banking via the following link: https://ib.delphibank.com.au Are you a new Internet Banking customer? If you are new to Internet Banking, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. You can then change your password once you ve successfully logged in to the new platform. Are you an existing Internet Banking customer? Personal Banking: If you already have personal banking accounts with Delphi Bank, please use your existing customer number and password to login. Business Banking: On our previous Internet Banking platform, you would login using you company customer account number and password. On the new platform, please use your personal, unique six-digit customer number and password to login. Do I still need my Security Token? The use of a Security Token will no longer be required during the login process. You can dispose of any existing Security Token(s) as soon as you have successfully logged in to our new Internet Banking platform. All existing Security Token(s) will become inactive after seven (7) days of launch. 2
Step 2: Forgot your Customer ID or Password? Resetting my Customer ID and/or Password: If you have forgotten your customer account number and/or password, you will be asked to contact the Internet Banking Help Line. If you re resetting your password, you will be instructed to use a new one-time password (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number. You can then change your password once you ve successfully logged in to the new platform. Click to reset your Customer ID or Password Step 3: Say hi to your new dashboard! Once you have successfully logged in to your Internet Banking, you will be taken to your dashboard; here you can find all your accounts (personal and business), choose to make transactions and update your account information. Help will taken you to the Internet Banking Support page on our website Contact will take you to the Contact Us page on our website Click to Log Out Click to access your Settings and Account Information If you operate Business Accounts, you will be prompted to choose the name in the drop down list box here and select it. Step 4: Linked Accounts On the new platform, to view and transact on both Personal and Business Banking accounts you have access to, you simply login to Internet Banking using your own Customer ID and Password. To operate on each account you have access to, simply choose the name in the drop down list box on the top right hand corner and select it. This function only applies to your Personal and Business Banking accounts. Click to change between your Personal and Business Banking Accounts On the new platform you will no longer be linked to Junior Smart Saver accounts, Power of Attorney accounts, or Individual to Individual linked relationships. To access and transact on these previously Linked Accounts, you will now need to login via the unique six-digit customer number and password that is associated with that account. The capability remains the same, with a greater level of transparency. 4
Step 5a: Making Transactions The Transfers & Payments screen allows you to transfer money between your accounts or to payees and billers. Simply use the drop down arrows under the page title in the From and To sections to see a list of accounts to select the account you would like to transfer from, and the account, payee or biller you would like to transfer to. To transfer money to a New Recipient, you will need the: The recipient s BSB number The recipient s account number The recipient s account title (the name of the person or business you are transferring to) *When you add a new payee or biller, you will be prompted to Confirm your identity and verify that you are the owner of your accounts via online security authorisation. Click to add a new payee or biller From here you can set up future payments and ongoing payments by selecting Later or Regularly under the When section. You can review and modify future payments by entering the Scheduled Transactions screen on the left-hand-side menu. 5
Step 5b: Making Business Transactions The Payments screen allows businesses to upload and create batches, or load saved batch templates which all allow for multiple transactions to be processed at the one time. These payments can be made immediately or scheduled to occur at a date in the future. Click to Upload, Create or Load a Batch Transaction *When you add a new payee or biller, you will be prompted to Confirm your identity and verify that you are the owner of your accounts via online security authorisation. Step 5c: Security Authorisation When you perform an activity that requires second factor authentication, you will be presented with an Account Security screen. Step 5d: Finalising Transactions After confirming your identity as the authorised owner of your accounts, both personal and business account holders will be taken back to the Transfers & Payments screen to review, confirm and acknowledge the transaction. 7
