2 MANAGE USERS

3 When setting up or changing user permissions, first select the Manage Users option from the side menu bar then select the user that you wish to edit. If you are setting up new users, select the icon in the upper right corner as shown below.

4 The User Info section is used for adding and editing a sub-user s login credentials and address including resetting as forgotten password. When setting up a new user and managing an existing user, there are several categories that will need to be completed. The Admin User has the ability to either lock a user if permissions change or an employee leaves the organization.

5 Contact Information includes numbers and addresses for HRT secure access verification. A Secure Access Code will be sent via the chosen method to allow for certain actions to be performed. Address Info is simply the user s information.

6 The Accounts section is where permissions are granted for each particular account. Using your mouse, click and hold to drag the account(s) that you would like to enable for a particular user.

7 Account Options include the ability to hide balances on account tiles and history from the transactions screen. This is important when a user should not be privy to account details (i.e. accounting firms). Using your mouse, click and hold to drag the feature(s) that you would like to enable for a particular user and select the appropriate accounts.

8 When setting up ACH permissions, a user s ACH access and limits can be set using these fields. Using your mouse, click and hold to drag the feature(s) that you would like to enable for a particular user and then set desired limits.

9 ACH limits can be set at the account level using these fields. Pre-established organizational limits have been set, so user limits are required to stay within those parameters.

10 Check Management is used to grant or disallow a user permission to view check images from the transaction history screen. Using your mouse, click and hold to drag the Check Image to enable for a particular user.

11 Set a user s ability to view estatements at the account level from these fields. Using your mouse, click and hold to drag estatements to enable for a particular user and then select the appropriate accounts.

12 Set up transfers of various types (i.e. transfers, bill payments, and check deposits) and assign specific limits according to those permissions. Using your mouse, click and hold to drag the features to enable for a particular user and then select the appropriate accounts and limits.

13 Set up wire permissions and limits here based on authorizations for domestic or international wires. Using your mouse, click and hold to drag the feature(s) to enable for a particular user and then select the appropriate limits. Payee Management should be granted if a user is permitted to edit wire payees.

14 Other features, at this time, refers to the ability for a user to create and edit other users and assign permissions when the User Administration feature is selected. Creating stop payments and receiving account and security alerts can also be authorized here.

15 PAYMENT TOOLS

16 Selecting Payment Tools from the side menu will display the screens needed to process payments.

17 Approvals The Approvals tab on the left shows all of the payments that have not yet been processed along with their status. Clicking on one of these files will display detailed information and action buttons IF the Approvals tab to the Right is also selected.

18 History & Recipients The History tab will show all of the recent files that have been successfully processed. The Recipients tab shows the current list of payees and also presents options for creating new recipients and batches and also allows for batch import.

19 Creating Single ACH & Wire Payments To make either a single ACH or Wire payment, select the proper tab and then choose the recipient from the drop down menu or create a new recipient by clicking the icon to the right of the box. Click Submit to continue.

20 Creating Single ACH & Wire Payments cont d Once you have selected the recipient, options for setting up the payment will display. Select the proper options (drag account tile into the Offset Account field), add an amount and an optional memo and click Submit.

21 Creating Batch ACH Payments Select the Batch Payments tab and select the batch that you would like to process. Clicking on Change Recipient Details leads to a screen where it is possible to edit the payees amounts, place holds and ensure the correct batch total. Prenotes are also possible via this screen.

22 Create New Recipient ACH & Wires This workflow allows for a thorough setup of both ACH & Wire payees. Select ACH, Wire or Both

24 If the Wire option was selected, this screen is used for entering the details of the wire. If there is an Intermediary, select this option and fields will display for entering this information

25 Review Once all pertinent information is added, that info can be reviewed prior to submitting

26 Creating Batches Once you have created recipients, those can then be added to batches for processing as either debits, credits or mixed batches

27 Select the recipients here that should be included in the batch that is being set up.

28 The default amounts will display any time that you retrieve a particular batch for payment. These can be edited as needed on an ongoing basis.

29 Once all pertinent information is added, that info can be reviewed prior to submitting

30 You will see this screen verifying that the batch has been created successfully

31 Importing Batches To import ACH files, select the appropriate file type from this screen.

32 From this screen, click Choose File and select the file from where it has been saved on your PC. Then either choose Add or Update and proceed accordingly.

33 Use this screen to verify that the information in the file will be imported properly imported and the click Confirm You will be notified that the file processed successfully and will be asked if another file needs to be updated or if you would like to return to the main screens.
