1.0 SCOPE: This specification provides for Supply of desktop computer along with accessories, UPS and printer for GETCO s DAS System. The purpose of installation of DAS PC supported by operating System Window XP Professional with service pack 3 at sub-station level to poll the DAS energy meters data to PC on MODBUS protocol with RS-485 interface from meter to RS 232 (serial 9 pin D type connector) interface of computer by providing RS 485 to RS 232 convertor. 2.0 SPECIFICATION FOR DESKTOP COMPUTER: Sr. No. Descriptions of items 1. Please note that the evaluation will be carried out on the strength of content of bid only. No further correspondence will be made. 3. The bidder shall bring out all the technical deviation/s only at the specified annexure. 3 (B). QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT DATA (For Supply) Bidder shall have to satisfy all the following requirements. 1) The bidder shall be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). 2) The minimum Quantity of the system comprises Desktop computer, UPS and printer, the bidder have supplied to the GUVNL/Subsidiary Companies of GUVNL /Other state power utilities/government organization during last THREE Years shall be 2.5 times the tender quantity 3) The bidder shall have to submit the satisfactory performance certificate of GUVNL/Subsidiary Companies of GUVNL/Other state power utilities/government organization for the system supplied during each year for last three years with latest up to year 2009-2010. 4) The bidder should clearly indicate the quantity and Single Value Contract executed during last FIVE (5) years for the System.
