The successful bidder is required to seek the relevant permits well in advance wherever applicable. II: Clause No of Section 4 (Special Conditions of Contract) of Tender Document stands REPLACED with the following: The OEM of the PC should be direct named OEM account of Microsoft and Intel. Copy of required certificate / documentary proof to be provided with the offer failing which the bid shall be liable for rejection.
