When unwndng rolls wth a 3 n ( 76 mm) cardboard core loosen two screws (3) and remove the sprng (2). 1 2 3 3 Fgure 2 Preparng the wndng axle

3 Start Up 3.1.2 Retanng Rolls wth 1.56 n ( 40 mm) Cardboard Core on the Wndng Axle Notce! For rolls wth 1.56 n (40 mm) cardboard core mount the sprng on the wndng axle 3.1.1 on page 6. 7 1a 2a 3 4 5 2b 1b 5 Fgure 3 Retanng rolls wth 1.56 n ( 40 mm) cardboard core Slde the flange (1a) on the wndng axle (4) so that the attachment of the flange ponts to the outsde. Algn the flange (1a) so that the screw (2a) grasps nto the groove (3) of the wndng axle (4). Tghten the screw (2a) n the flange. Slde the materal roll (5) onto the axle untl t touches the flange slghtly. Push the second flange (1b) wth the attachment outsde onto the axle untl t touches the materal roll. Notce! Algn the second flange (1b) to the frst flange (1a)! If the materal roll s smaller than the sprng on the axle, pay attenton that the sprng on the axle s guded n the groove of the flange, f necessary algn flange (1a) to flange (1b)!
