This Quick Guide explains how to use the Brand Artwork Tool (BAT) brand artwork tool
Connect via rezpin > Login to rezpin - using your rezpin login details > Browse for Cornerstone as supplier > Choose external catalogue (lower left hand corner) on the Cornerstone supplier page in rezpin Alternatively you can shortcut by clicking the Globe icon on the Browse suppliers page. Generic Information User will be presented with generic application information once logged in. This page will be repeated everytime a user enters. > Click Start Now to move on. To use the tool and all its functionalities optimally, make sure IE 9 (Internet Explorer) is installed on your computer. Alternatively Chrome or Mozilla Firefox can be used.
The Navigation Bar User Login information Hotel & Staff Information Order history Basket The Main page select template group This is the application main page. On this page the user will be presented with: > The Navigation bar that shows the user their current step > By clicking one of the Template Groups, the application will display the available templates under the current template group on the next screen Note: Currently there is only a limitied number of template groups displayed, however more will be added over time. > By clicking on Hotel & Staff information it will be possible for the Super User (selected by the hotel) to edit and maintain some hotel information and employee data Note: A Standard User will not be able to edit this information and will not be able to see this button > By clicking on Order history, a screen with all orders created in the application will appear > By clicking on the Shopping basket icon, a screen showing the current shopping basket session will appear > By clicking on Contact the user will be able to send an email to the generic email address; a mailbox handled by Cornerstone Contact Help Selection of Template Groups > By clicking on Logout the user will leave the application. FAQ Logout > By clicking on Help the user will get access to the FAQ, instruction videos and other content that will be continually developed for this section
Back Hotel & Staff information update and maintain data > By clicking on the Back button the user will go back to the main page Hotel Details: The basic hotel details of a hotel comes from the Cornerstone database. This information is locked and the hotel will not be able to update any of this information. The only exception is the Legal information. The legal information can be changed by clicking on Edit. Make your changes and then click on Save, which will ensure that the database has been updated with the new information. This data will appear automatically on the templates where hotel details are posted. We pre-fill these pages for your convenience and also ensure that there are no errors in the content. Employees: Employee data can be maintained from this section. > By clicking on the Human icon a new employee name / user can be added > By clicking on Edit next to a name, it is possible to edit the details of the employee > By clicking on Delete the employee will be removed and will not be able to access the application any longer Basic hotel details Legal information Please note that the Super Users cannot delete themselves in the application, this must be done by the administrator (Cornerstone) on hotel request. We strongly encourage the hotels to keep the Employee list updated at all times.
Back Hotel & Staff information add or edit employee information On this page the Super User will be able to update and maintain employee data for the purpose of creating business cards. Super User can also control usage of the current employee from here, e.g. if they are allowed to edit users or only create items. > By clicking on the Back button the user will go back to the Hotel & Staff Information page > By clicking on Cancel nothing will be saved and the user will be returned to the Hotel & Staff Information page > Once you click on Submit all the changes will be stored in the database Cancel Save information
Back Select template example in-hotel promotional This page shows the different templates available. Click the one you wish to work with and you will get to the next step from where you can edit images and text. Under MyTemplates select templates can be stored by the hotel, when fillled in with content - these templates will be available under the specific categories. Please see Preview Artwork for instructions. Select template MyTemplates
Update preview Back Home Working template fill in information Fill in the text and place the images you want to show. > The logo of your hotel, specific for the template, will be placed automatically by the system. > Select the image as required by the template. Click Select from Image Bank... and you will be transferred to the Image Bank, see following pages for details. > Use the Update button to preview the text and images that you added. Cancel Adding images selecting from Image Bank > Select the image that you wish to use, then you will be transferred to the cropping tool. It s very important to pick the right image for the right purpose. Select image
Crop tool cropping images to format Select your crop area With this Cropping Tool, you need to select the crop you desire. Please note that a preset of the ratio has been made to fit the placeholder of the image. > To crop an image, move your mouse cursor anywhere in the image box. Your mouse pointer will turn into a cropping mark. Click inside the image and draw your crop box with the left mouse button held down. You can resize, reshape and move your crop box while using the side and corner handles. > Below your selected crop, there s a preview of your selection. > Press OK to add the cropped image and to return to your template. Save as MyTemplate Approve and add to basket Brand Artwork Tool Update preview Back Home Preview artwork updated preview When text has been entered and images selected, click on the Update button to preview your creation. Once you are ready, click on the Approve and add to basket button. SAVE AS MY TEMPLATE FUNCTION: On select templates it is possible to save your current work as a template, which can be used next time you access the system. When ticking the Save as MyTemplate box the template you are currently working on will be stored in the system. You can add a specific template comment for later recognition. Your MyTemplates can be found in the respective Template Group folder at the bottom of the page. Please see Select Template for placement. NOTE: All the editing made to the template after saving as MyTemplate, until you click the Approve or Back button, will also be stored with the same MyTemplate. Remember to save a new MyTemplate if changes are made to a previously saved version.
If printed by Cornerstone select quantity Brand Artwork Tool Your items ready to order For local print, click here Create more items Home Basket your overview of items ordered The Basket is where you have the overview of your orders ready to be placed. If you need to produce more items, click on the Create more items button. > If you wish a fully finalized product and let Rezidor Cornerstone print, select the desired quantity. This option will not be visible if you create an ad. > If you wish to print locally, mark the tick-box to get a print ready pdf.* Once you have made your choice, read and confirm the Terms & Conditions. Confirm your order and return to RezPIN. * Print ready PDF files for local print will be available for download in the Order history. Agree Terms & Conditions Confirm order and return to rezpin
