Rebecca Jones, MBA, BSN, RN, CPHRM, CPPS Special Assistant to the Executive Director Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority Presenters Rebecca Jones is Special Assistant to the Executive Director at the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority. In this role, she created and oversees the innovation program and facilitates ongoing use of creative problem solving methods to break through patient safety challenges. She also works closely with the Authority's Executive Director to establish strategic goals and objectives for its programs and leads its strategic focus on improving diagnosis in healthcare. Becky is a Certified Professional in Patient Safety and Healthcare Risk Management. Prior to joining the Authority as a Patient Safety Liaison in 2015, she served in various clinical, legal, and administrative roles as a registered nurse. 2

A pop-up window will appear giving you information on how to connect to the audio conference of the webinar. It is strongly suggested that you click on I Will Call In as displayed below. 4

Participate in Polling Please participate in any poll questions by means of the Polling panel (be sure to open the dropdown button for the polling panel) to view during the event. 7
Evaluation/Certificate of Continuing Education If you are the registrant of today s webinar, upon exiting the webinar, an evaluation will be displayed in a new internet browser window for participants to participate in an evaluation and obtain their certificate of continuing education. For those who did not register but are participating as a group, please participate in the evaluation by copying and pasting the below link into a new internet browser window: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/innovationanewapproachtopatient SafetyChallenges In order to receive a certificate of continuing education each individual requesting credit must complete an evaluation including contact information. After completing the evaluation, a link will be provided to download and print a certificate of continuing education. Evaluations must be completed by 11:30 AM on March 24, 2017.
