The next page is the Volunteer Page. Go to the bottom of the page and click on none. Then Continue. If you are going to volunteer come back to it afterwards. E sign the form is mandatory. Then click on (Apply) You should see the following fees: Division fee (Program fee) Resident or Non Resident fee AYSO Membership Fee (This is not something new.
