Installation Step 1 1. Open a browser and enter https://vc.pwchk.com in the address bar. 2. Read the vconference Tips and Terms & Conditions. 3. Click X to continue. Step 2 If it is the first time your PC or laptop connecting to vconference SCOPIA, you will be required to install the add-on program into your PC. Step 3 Click Install, you may see the following installation process. Enter your GUID & password. Then press Sign In. vconference SCOPIA Desktop User Guide 4

Step 5 It is recommended to check the Audio and Video devices setting prior to join the meeting. This task can ensure the Audio and Video devices are working properly. To check your audio, press Check Your Audio in blue. Test your microphone and speaker by pressing Start audio test. Press OK to confirm the audio setting. To check your audio, press Check Your Video in blue. Test your webcam by pressing Preview Press OK to confirm the video setting. vconference SCOPIA Desktop User Guide 6
How to join a vconference To participant any vconference session, you need the following information: Meeting ID (Virtual Room number) Meeting PIN You may find above information from meeting organizer. s communication email or calendar. For deputy manager or above, if you re hosting the meeting with your own virtual room, the Meeting ID would be your 8-digits office telephone number. 1. Open a browser and enter https://vc.pwchk.com in the address bar or launch vconference from start menu 2. 3. If you are the host of the meeting, please click here on the statement click here to enter your virtual room. If you are an invitee joining the meeting, please enter Meeting ID and press Participate Now. A pop-up window will appear asking for Meeting PIN Enter the Meeting PIN and press OK vconference SCOPIA Desktop User Guide 8
The conference client window will appear and you are in the meeting. You can press to disconnect / leave the meeting. The confirmation window will appear. You can press Yes to disconnect or No to cancel. vconference SCOPIA Desktop User Guide 9
Use the vconference SCOPIA Desktop Click to turn on or off your microphone. Click to turn on or off your speaker. Change the way you watch a meeting using the View button at the top of the meeting room. vconference SCOPIA Desktop User Guide 10
Click to stop or start your webcam. Click to turn on or off self-see. Click the pull down arrow to select the Picture-in-Picture location. Click for the following actions: 1. Select the resolution of received video and the layout received. Please note some resolution may not be available in some meetings. 2. Select My Layout (if available) for a wide range of personal layout on your desktop. Remark: You may also change the layout manually. To do this, drag a participant s video or a participant s name from the list of participants into a new position within layout. Whenever this participant speaks or a new participant joins the meeting, the layout may change. 3. Select Layout Options to enable / disable your Display Name and Self-See. 4. Select or to pause or play the remote video. Switches between the presentation and video panes location. Appendix 1: Change PIN for your virtual Room We strongly recommend you to change your default Meeting PIN before you start using vconference. Step 1 Open a browser and enter https://vc.pwchk.com in the address bar. Step 2 Click Setting on the top right corner and go to the Virtual Room tap. If you haven t logged in, please login with your user ID and password. Step 3 Check the checkbox of Protect meeting with a PIN and select Use permanent PIN. Then enter the PIN in the textbox. (Note: please use at least 6 digits for the PIN). Step 4 Press OK to confirm. vconference SCOPIA Desktop User Guide 12

Appendix 3: Notification Message In some cases, the following messages may be prompted in the vconference SCOPIA Desktop front page. This section Message 1: You may ignore this message.
