IEC telecom Global Xpress Value-Added Reseller SATELLITE BROADBAND SERVICE GLOBAL XPRESS GLOBAL KA BAND SERVICE POWERED BY iec-telecom.com

IEC telecom ENTERPRISE-GRADE SLA AND ENHANCED PERFORMANCE Inmarsat Global Xpress operates in the Ka-spectrum which enables much higher throughput service delivery than comparable Ku-Band and C-band legacy services. It brings consistent high-performance speeds of up to 50 Mbps on download and 5Mbps on upload and enables users wherever they are to deploy complex data services and business or misssion-critical applications requiring guaranteed level of bandwidth. You can select terminal equipment and service plans that will offer needed capacity to meet your specific real-time communications requirements to and from your data centres, headquarters and your remote operations. These plans will also ensure implementation of the quality of service needed in order to deliver bandwidth for your voice, data and streaming applications, all backed by a robust Service Level Agreement (SLA). GLOBAL XPRESS COVERAGE & INFRASTRUCTURE

THE FIRST AND ONLY GLOBAL KA-BAND SATELLITE NETWORK, DESIGNED FOR MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY APPLICATIONS SUPPORTED BY INMARSAT GLOBAL XPRESS Through the deployment of Global Xpress, Inmarsat vision is to create a rich application and content environment to offer users the most complete experience with satellite connectivity wherever they are. Applications supported by Global Xpress: High-speed broadband for internet access Real-time video and audio streaming VoIP support and managed VoIP service Video teleconferencing Branch office applications (eg VPN access, SAP, Citrix, email) Real-time interactive collaboration High-speed file transfer (FTP) Video surveillance Telemedicine IMPROVED FLEXIBILITY AND MOBILITY Global Xpress is an all IP-environment, it enables point-and-click capability for a simple and consistent user experience worldwide. Smaller antennas, quick and easy to deploy, allow increased mobility while maintaining secured and guaranteed connectivity. If your organization decides to expand its operations, Global Xpress will provide the coverage and give you the flexibility to adjust your service levels according to your regional requirements under a single global contract.

IEC telecom SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE MODEL Subscription to Inmarsat Global Xpress is based on coverage needs, bandwidth requirements (expressed in Mbps), Contention Ratio (CIR) and usage model. ALWAYS-ON MODE OCCASIONAL USE * HYBRID MODE* (with integrated BGAN automatic back-up) BUSINESS CONTINUITY * * Subscription mode not available at the launch of the service - contact us to learn more HIGH SPOT BEAM CAPACITY FOR ENHANCED MOBILITY I5 satellites operate with a combination of fixed narrow spot beams, 89 smaller beams (compared to C-Band and Ku-Band network) that enable higher effective bandwidth and number of users supported by the system over the same area. For optimal beam selection, two identical receivers are placed in each terminal in order to continuously search for the best beam during operation on the active beam. Then GX Terminals report best beam information to the GX system, which in combination with the beam map enables optimized capacity utilization. Continuous connectivity is ensured for maximum availability. In each region covered by I5 satellites (Americas/Pacific, Europe/Indian Ocean and Asia), Inmarsat deploys 2 Satellite Access Site (SAS) to ensure complete link redundancy. SAS redundancy eliminates satellite connectivity outages and brings Global Xpress service availability to 99.9% on average.
