Installing VIP Access on Phone Navigate to: m.verisign.com on your phone in a browser. Download and install the application and launch it. Note: If you do not have a smart phone, request your manager to submit a request for a hardware token via. http://it.corp.adobe.com/remoteaccess/otp_request.cfm Go to Index

Registering VIP Access Credential ID on Symantec VIP Portal You can activate VIP Access and set your pin via. https://adobeotp.adobe.com (Login Credentials are your Adobenet username and password). 1. Login to Self-Service Portal 2. Click Continue on the next screen. You will receive an email on your registered email address with a 6 digit security code. 3. Type the 6 digit security code in the next screen to login. Note: If you do not receive the email with the security code please also check the Junk folder for the email.

4. Once logged in click Register 5. Submit the form on the next screen. a) Credential Name: Can be any name (e.g., the brand of your mobile device). b) Credential ID: The ID displayed on the app downloaded on your phone c) Security Code: The 6 digit code currently on the app.

Creating your OTP PIN 1. After the Credential ID has been registered you will be asked to create an OTP pin 2. In the PIN field, enter a 4 to 12 alphanumeric PIN. 3. In the Confirm PIN field, re-enter your PIN. Go to Index

Accessing your Adobe Email You will only be able to access Adobe Email if you have been provided with an email address. Note: These instructions are only applicable if you are logging in to Adobe Email for the first time. 1. Navigate to http://outlook.com/adobe.com. You will be presented with the following login screen. 2. You will be asked to select a security picture on the next screen. After selecting the desired picture click Next.

3. On the next screen, you will be asked to setup up Extra Verification. Click Setup next to Symantec VIP. 4. Provide the details as required and click Register. (Note: Security Code 1 and Security Code 2 are two consecutive codes from the VIP Access application on your phone)

5. After registering click Done on the next screen. 6. On the next screen type the security code from your VIP Access application on your phone to login.

7. You will be able to login now. Go to Index

Installing Cisco AnyConnect and connecting to VPN 1. Cisco AnyConnect is the VPN client that is used to connect to Adobe VPN. To install Cisco AnyConnect please first verify with your reporting manager that you have access to Adobe VPN. 2. To install Cisco AnyConnect, navigate to http://asa-sanjose-ext.adobe.com/. 3. Login using you Adobenet username and the password as your pin and OTP. (Please note that you will have to select the GROUP as extranet). 4. Once logged in click continue on the prompt. 5. Click Download. The setup file should automatically be downloaded.

6. If the download does not start please click Windows7/Vista/64/XP to initiate manual installation.

7. Save the file to your desktop. 8. Once the download is complete, double click the file to run it and follow the prompts.

9. Once the installation is complete, click Start and in the search bar type AnyConnect and launch Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 10. Type the server address as: asa-sanjose-ext.adobe.com 11. On the login prompt specify the following details a) Group: Extranet b) Username: Adobenet username c) Password: Pin and OTP

Go to Index 12. Click Accept on the prompt and you will be connected to VPN.

Resetting your Adobenet password 1. Navigate to https://amp.corp.adobe.com and Login using your Adobenet username and the password as your Pin and OTP (Security Code). (For example if you have set you pin as 1234 and the security code is 987345, then the password will be 1234987345) 2. Under CHANGE PASSWORDS click ADOBENET/SAP. 3. On the next page type the desired password and click submit. (Note: Please read the Adobe's password requirements before setting the password)

Knowing your Service Desk PIN 1. Navigate to https://amp.corp.adobe.com and Login using your Adobenet username and the password as your Pin and OTP (Security Code). (For example if you have set you pin as 1234 and the security code is 987345, then the password will be 1234987345) 2. Under CHANGE PASSWORDS click Service Desk Pin. 3. You can find the pre-assigned on the top.

4. If you desire to change your Service Desk pin to something more easier to remember, you can reset it on the same page.. Go to Index

When calling, you will hear your position in the queue so you can make a decision about using chat instead, calling back at a different time, or continuing to hold.
