Project Management Foundation Certification Target Audience All employees in Philips can apply for Foundation Certification This certification is for current/future project managers and those individuals who regularly participate and interact in projects Achievement The Foundation Certified professional has the basic understanding of the Project Management Knowledge Areas He / She achieved the ability to apply the basic Project Management concepts in day to day work Entry Requirements Any Philips Employee Completed the 5 Philips Excellence Practices awareness E-Learning Course Completed the PM Body Of Knowledge, PMI Methodology Foundation Governance Upon completion of specified E- Learning Courses, automatically certified at Foundation level in 4 June 2015 Internal use only
Project Management Practitioner Certification Target Audience Practicing Project Managers Entry Requirements PMP or PMI-ACP or PM Foundation Certified 5 Philips Excellence Awareness E- Learning Courses 24 Hours of training from the specified list of trainings Participate in peer-to-peer reviews (one per year minimum) OR coaching Project Managers at Foundation Level Individual Competence Assessment Maturity Level Practitioner 5 years of experience in complex projects Achievement The Practitioner Certified professional has the ability to manage complex projects by applying key Project Management Knowledge He / She achieved the ability to deliver project involving multiple stakeholders Governance Apply for PM Practitioner Certification in Declare you are an active Project Manager Submit the registration package in PM Practice Lead forwards the request to Line Manager Upon receiving feedback, PM Practice Lead to Review and Approve in 5 June 2015 Internal use only
Project Management Expert Certification Target Audience Practicing Project Managers or Program Managers Entry Requirements PMP Certified 5 Philips Excellence Awareness E- Learning Courses 24 Hours of training from the specified list of trainings Participate in Community Building Lead and Participate in peer-topeer reviews (one per year minimum) Coaching Project Managers at Practitioner level (20 Hours) Individual Competence Assessment Maturity Level Expert 10 years of experience in complex, integral, broad scope projects Achievement The Expert Certified professional demonstrates breadth of professional experience and knowledge on project management He / She achieved the ability to manage complex strategic projects involving complex scope Governance Apply for PM Expert Certification in Declare you are an active Project Manager Submit the registration package in PM Practice Lead to submit the request to Certification Board Certification Board will conduct interviews Final decision is updated in Philips University by the PM Practice Lead 6 June 2015 Internal use only
Project Management Master Certification Target Audience Practicing Project Managers or Program Managers Entry Requirements PMP Certified 5 Philips Excellence Awareness E- Learning Courses TOP IPM Training Lead in Community Building Lead and Participate in cross sector peer-to-peer reviews (one per year minimum) Coaching of Project Managers at Expert level (20 hours in 1 year) Individual Competence Assessment Maturity Level combination of Expert and Shaper level 15 years of experience in complex, integral, broad scope projects Achievement The Master Certified professional changes the rules of the game in project management area and is seen as a role model. He / She Is able to develop new methods and tools which impact the way of working within his own organization, sector or even within Philips.
