You must download the ebook driver to any PC that is going to be used to update ebooks. There are two different drivers, one for Single Transfer ebook and one for Multiple Transfer ebooks Drivers found at: http://www.uglebook.com/ebook_driver ***This driver allows you to only transfer to ONE ebook at a time*** For Single Transfer ebooks driver: 1.) Click on the Single Transfer ebook USB Driver link on the website above 2.) Scroll down until you see your Operating System and click download. 3.) Click download again and follow instructions. For Multiple Transfer ebook USB Driver, see next page. 2

http://uglebook.com/ebook_driver ***This driver allows you to transfer to MULTIPLE ebooks at a time*** For Multiple Transfer ebooks driver: 1.) Click on the Multiple Transfer ebooks USB Driver on the right side of the page of the link above. 2.) Click Download Now ***Note*** This driver requires the user to have administrator access to the computer every time a NEW book is added. When you connect each unique ebook to the computer via USB for the first time, you will recieve a pop-up message which you must click "Continue Anyway" (See picture below) for the ebook to be recognized by the computer. Once you've done this to each unique ebook it will not ask you again.

The two ways to download route lists ALWAYS START BY CHOOSING THE ONLINE BOOKSHELF TAB **Only The First Time You Update A Route** 1.) From the online bookshelf touch the circle to the left of the book you wish to download to pull up the menu. Click download and it will begin the transfer of your route book. There will be a Check Mark in the circle once you ve completed this successfully. 2.) After a route has been updated once then you will update it in the future by clicking the circle to the left of the route and selecting Refresh Book. 5

Updating A Master Book ***If this is your first time adding a route, skip to step 5, if you already have the route downloaded on the book, start with step 1*** 1.) You must first Remove the book you wish to update. 2.)From the ebookshelf click on the circle to the left of the book you wish to remove. 3.) Select Remove Book from the menu that pops up. 4.) Select Yes if you are sure you wish to remove that book. 5.) From the Online Bookshelf touch the circle to the left of the book you wish to download to pull up the menu. 6.) Click download and it will begin the transfer of your route book. 7.) There will be a Check Mark in the circle once you ve completed this successfully. 6

Master Books and Premium Routes In MyDistrict.net you can assign a book to be a Master Book then it will link to all of the routes in the district. You are then have an option to choose routes to be Premium so that they can be all be updated with the push of one button. **Please note that Premium Routes cost 75 cents per month per route** You can update Premium routes on a Master Book by using the drop down menu located at the upper left and select : Update Now 7

Opening Route Lists Two Options You can click on the circle icon to the left of the route list that you want to open and then select open book. OR You can click directly on the text of the route list that you want to open from both the ebookshelf and the Online Bookshelf. That will take you to a screen where you can choose to open the mail or the route list. 8

Screen Brightness And Battery Level Upper right menu link opens screen brightness and contrast adjustment. Upper left menu link opens a drop down menu with the battery level indicator. Select that link to get battery charge percentage and time remaining. 9

Large Text Option In MyDistrict.net you can choose Large text size for the ebook. The text will then appear larger however less will fit on each page. 10

Markups You can create Markups (write/ draw) on the pages of your route book. To begin using Markups, locate the page you wish to write on. In the top left corner of the screen click the small tab to drop down the Markups Menu. From the Markup Menu, you can select either Draw, Erase, Hilite, or Search. If you select Draw for example, you will now be able to draw on the screen of your ebook to add notes pertaining to the current book. In the example here, you will see that I circled the street number and wrote Empty House to the side. 11

Show Hidden Books To show a book that his been hidden click on the bookshelf looking icon at the top of the screen then select Show Hidden Books. 12
