All existing equipment is to be carefully removed and returned to LCHA procurement staff or through separate proposal contractor may offer trade in value under this project. Any damaged areas during removal should be repaired to like new as necessary. The focus is to be based on the following major areas of enhancement to the existing infrastructure of the system using the following.
