HIFLD 101 WHO Federal Department and Agencies including DOD, DHS, Department of Commerce (Census, NOAA), NGA, Department of Interior State and Local representation from NSGIC, NAPSG, and NCR GDX WHAT Oversees the curation and administration of a unified homeland infrastructure geospatial data inventory assembled by NGA in partnership with DHS for use by the Homeland Security and Homeland Defense communities. WHY To better achieve a coordination strategy for acquiring and generating geospatial information about critical infrastructure within the Homeland.
