The input can either be analog voltage or current, typically provided by an ultrasonic or similar sensing device. This preset limit frequency, with hysteresis, can be easily programmed using the pushbuttons located on the front of the unit. When an overspeed condition occurs. It can be signaled via the relay output that can be conditioned through the use of timer function; delay on/off and pulse extension features. NAMUR to 3-wire Sensor Amplifier/ Converter Converts NAMUR to standard 3-wire NPN or PNP n-isolated These devices provide an inexpensive method of converting a NAMUR output proximity sensor to 3-wire DC (NPN or PNP). Models with the suffix "L" offer monitoring of the input circuit. If either wire is broken the output will turn off. These devices are not isolated and not intrinsically safe.
