Business Network Solutions Secure and flexible networking for your SME. Reliable and secure internal exchange of business data is becoming increasingly important for efficient collaboration. More and more business-critical applications as well as telephony are based on All-IP solutions, while sensitive company data is stored on central servers. Employees access it from various company locations, as well as home offices or on the move. Keeping your business network secure and available is therefore more important than ever. At the same time, companies requirements are changing more quickly and their networks need to be adaptable at short notice. The solution at a glance: > > Fully managed company network: all software and hardware components are operated and maintained by Swisscom. > > Network services can be flexibly combined and adapted in real time (e. g. add new locations, switch on guest WiFi, adjust firewall settings). > > Fast Internet connection with fail-safe guarantee. > > Installation, maintenance and support all from the same Swisscom-certified IT partner. Business Network Solutions is a secure, modern and flexible network solution that you can adapt to your SME s specific requirements at any time. Functions and possibilities Access data from anywhere Multiple company sites are linked together securely via a VPN and central mail servers, databases and network printers can be shared. Work on the move or at home You can securely access the company network away from the office via an encrypted connection (Remote Access Service). Access is protected through a combination of SMS/mobile ID and password. Protect company data Data traffic within the company is protected by a secure network that is separate from the Internet (the data never leaves the company network). Your company network can also be protected by a port-based firewall. High-performance hardware, always up to date Ensures stable network coverage throughout the building. Switches, WLAN access points and routers are equipped with the latest technology. Firmware is always up to date. User groups Allocate individual network authorisations to certain groups (e.g. for individual departments). WiFi networks at the touch of a button WiFi networks for guests or employees can be switched on and configured centrally. Data access can be individually defined for each network. How you benefit at a glance: > > Predictable costs Licences, firmware updates and hardware exchange are included in the monthly subscription fee. > > No investment costs and greater flexibility You rent the network services and hardware that you need and only pay for what you actually use (no minimum contract term). > > Prioritise business-critical applications Applications (e. g. cloud services, IP telephony) can be prioritised in the network. With Internet Backup, your Internet connection is always available even when the network goes down. > > Flexibly expandable and combinable The solution can be seamlessly combined with Swisscom s IP-based communication solution for telephony and other Swisscom services and cloud services. > > Expert support from a single provider Support and installation are provided by Swisscomcertified IT partners. All hardware is also automatically updated (software updates, security patches, etc.) and you always have the latest technology (the WiFi technology standard changes approximately every three years). Networks for user groups Separate, multi-location networks can be created for different user groups (e.g. sales, controlling or guests) and for Internet and IP telephony.
