It asks for a server after I enter email and password. SETUP EMAIL: Before starting, log into your webmail to ensure your account is ready to be added. If you succeed, then you're ready to continue. Most people will want at least Sync calendar from this account and Sync email from this account enabled. The defaults will be fine here. 15. Tap NEXT.
15. Tap Activate. 16. Enter the account name. This is just a way to identify the account and will not be displayed on emails. You are all done. Adding Another Mailbox to Outlook 2010 and 2016 Updated: Feb 4, 2016 NOTE: Before adding another mailbox you'll need permissions to the account. This document assumes you were already granted this. 1. Let s start by opening Outlook. 2. You want the mailbox to appear on the left side where your current mailbox is. 3. Click the File tab in the upper left corner.
4. Click Info on the left side. 5. Click Account Settings to open the drop-down menu. 6. Click Account Settings the first option in the drop-down menu.
7. Click the Data Files tab. 8. Click your name to highlight it. 9. Click Settings. 10. Click the Advanced tab. 11. Assuming the mailbox you're connecting to isn't already listed in the white area, click Add.
12. Type in the username or email address of the mailbox/person you want to add. 13. Click OK.
14. Make sure the full name of the mailbox appears in the white area. If it does, click OK. 15. Click Close.
16. The new mailbox should now be displayed on the left side. If you get an error when you click the arrow to expand the mailbox, you may have one of these two issues. a. You don't have permissions to the mailbox. b. You were recently given permission to the mailbox. Try logging off and then logging back in. How to Set up Kappa Email
Adding a Shared Calendar to Outlook 2010 and 2016 Updated: Feb. 4, 2016 NOTE: You will need permission before adding a shared calendar. By default, everyone has permissions to view basic versions of each other s calendars. 1. Open Outlook and go to your calendar. 2. Click the Open Calendar drop-down menu. 3. In the drop-down menu, click From Address Book.
4. Search or scroll through the list for the individual you would like to find. 5. Double-click on the person you want. This will highlight their name and add it into the Calendar field. 6. Click the OK button. You are finished!
