World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Held in two phases, the first in 2003, in Geneva, and the second in November 2005 in Tunis Multi stakeholder process that addressed ICT issues through a structured and inclusive approach The Geneva Plan of Action set forth 11 Action Lines that are the key principles for building an Inclusive information society

Mission and vision Vision: Integrated process directed towards impact generation Objectives: Work towards an integrated continuous implementation process to achieve the goals set forth in the World Summit on the Information Society in 2003 and 2005 by due date.
