Enroll in Mobile Banking & Install App Login to Personal Online Banking NOTE: You must be enrolled in Online Banking in order to activate a mobile banking app/device. To enroll your existing Opus Bank account in Personal Online Banking click here. Actual images/screens may vary depending on the device/operating system. Go to: www.opusbank.com ❷ Click the Symbol and Click on Personal Online Banking ❷ ❸ Enter Access ID (Case Sensitive) ❹ Click Submit ❹ ❸ ❺ Correctly answer the Security Challenge question ❻ Select if your current computer is used for personal or public use ❻. ❺ ❼ Click Submit ❼ 3
Enroll in Mobile Banking Click User Options ❷ Scroll Down and Click on Enroll Now in the Mobile Banking Profile Box ❸ Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions by Checking the "I Accept These Terms and Conditions" Box and Clicking Continue ❹ Under the My Devices tab, click Add New Device 4
❺ Click either the App Store link or the Google play link to download our Mobile Banking Application. Alternatively, you can also receive a downlink link by entering your mobile phone number. (You may enroll in our other Banking Services at the same time by checking the appropriate boxes. ❻ If you opted to receive the download link to your mobile device, tap the hyperlink in the text message received. It will direct you to the proper download site where you will follow Step 6 above. ❼ Tap FREE then Tap INSTALL APP (itunes store may require you to input your Apple ID Password and the Google Apps store will ask you to Accept the app permissions.) The Opus Bank Mobile Banking app will now be downloaded and installed on your device. 5
Activating Other Services on a Device On the top menu under User Options, scroll down and locate Mobile Banking Profile and click Manage Device(s) to the right. ❷ On the Main Menu, click Add New Device located on the botton left corner ❸ On the left column, check mark the additional services desired (Mobile Browser Banking, Text Banking, Alert Banking). ❹ Click Continue to proceed and receive the Activation code to your Mobile Device 6
Activating Other Services on a Device (cont.) ❺ Access Activation Code sent to Your Mobile Device (An Activation Code will be sent via text message to the phone number you entered.) ❻ Enter Activation Code received and Click Activate (Please go back to your browser window to enter the activation code) ❼ You will be directed to the confirmation page 7
First Time Login - Mobile Banking App Tap Opus Bank Mobile App Icon to Launch ❷ Enter Your Opus Bank Online Banking Username ❸ Tap Log In ❸ ❷ ❹ Enter Answer to the Online Banking Security Challenge Question (Security Challenge Questions can be accessed and updated from within Online Banking under "User Options") ❺ Tap Continue ❺ ❹ ❻ Enter Password ❼ Click Log In. ❼ ❻ ❼ 8

Transfers Screen Access Transfers Screen Tap the Transfers Button From Any Screen Transfer Money ❷ Select Transfer From Account ❸ Select Transfer To Account ❹ Enter Amount to Transfer ❺ Tap the Next Button ❻ Confirm Transfer Details ❼ If Transfer Details are Correct Tap the Yes Button (If transfer details are not correct Tap the No button to make corrections) You Will Receive a Confirmation Number 11
Using Mobile Deposit Access Deposits Screen Tap the Deposits Button on the Navigation area ❷ Tap New Deposit to make a Deposit. (Please note that each check will need to be deposited individually using this function) ❸ If this is your first time using the Mobile Deposit, our Opus Bank Mobile Application will ask for permission to access the camera function on your phone. Ensure you click OK to allow this access. 12
Enter Deposit Details Confirm the correct deposit account appears under the Account field. If you wish to deposit into a different account, Tap the field and select the correct account ❷ Under the New Deposit screen, tap the Amount field ❸ The keyboard function will appear and you will input the exact dollar amount using this keyboard ❹ Tap Done to submit the dollar amount ❺ Ensure the Account field displays the correct account for deposit and the Amount field is the accurate amount of the check you wish to deposit. Tap Continue to proceed 13
Capturing Your Deposit You will be directed to the camera function on your mobile device. Ensure all four corners of your check appear in the picture and the image is clear. Capture the front of the check you wish to deposit by tapping the camera icon on your phone. SAMPLE CHECK ❷ After capturing the front of the check, you will be taken to the Preview screen where you will verify your picture. If all four corners of the check are visible and the image is clear, tap the Use button. If not, tap the Retake button to retake the picture of the front of the check. SAMPLE CHECK ❸ After tapping Use on the Preview of the front check, you will now be prompted to capture the back of your check. Ensure all four corners are visible and the image is clear; then tap the Camera icon to capture. SAMPLE CHECK ❹ After capturing the back of the check, you will be taken to the Preview screen where you will verify your picture. If all four corners of the check are visible and the image is clear, tap the Use button. If not, tap the Retake button to retake the picture of the front of the check. SAMPLE CHECK 14
❺ After you have captured and confirmed both the front and back of the check, you will be taken to the Confirm screen. Review the information once more and tap Yes to deposit your check and No to cancel this transaction. Tapping Yes will submit your check for deposit, so please ensure the information and check details are accurate. ❻ After depositing your check, you will be taken to the Result screen. ❻ If your Result screen states Deposit Pending, you are done with your deposit. Tap the New Deposit button to deposit your next check or tap any of the other Navigation functions to exit. ❼ If your Result screen states Deposit Failed, you will need to tap the Retake Images button and recapture the front and back of your check and attempt again. ❼ 15
Viewing Past Deposits If you would like to review your past Mobile Deposits, tap the Deposit Navigation button. ❷ Tap View Deposit History and you will be taken to your Deposit History screen. ❷ Sample of Deposit History 16
