The purpose of this document is to help you to get started with your iphone facilitating DEP (Device Enrollment Program) Registration process to access Lilly resources such as email, calendar, Lilly apps and more. The setup process will take about 30 minutes to complete and should be completed within a single sitting. Once you receive new device, you can begin registering your iphone. Once You receive iphone from your carrier you will need to DEP-Register your device to be able to access Lilly resources. Confirm all your personal data that might used to access the corporate iphone is stored on personal icloud services. Note: Before turning on the Device follow the Activation Instruction that is included in the shipping box. 1. Turn on your device and you ll see Hello screen. Press Home button to unlock the device. 2. Select your language. Select your Country or region. 3. Select your Country or region. 4. Connect device to by tapping Use Cellular connection. 5. Tap on Enable Location Services. Auto Configuration begins. Tap Next on configuration screen. Process begins with a message It may take few minute to activate your device
Continue setting up DEP-Register your device to be able to access Lilly resources. 6. Enter Lilly credential (Lilly Login ID & Password) and tap on Next. Configuration iphone begins Installing configuration from Eli Lilly and Company. 7. You can Setup Touch ID using your finger print to unlock your device. Tap on Continue to begin and follow instruction until you see Complete Screen. Tap Continue again. 8. Create a six digit Passcode and re-enter passcode to verify. 9. Enter Apple ID & Password or skip to Siri setup. Note: If you do not have Apple ID you can create by tapping Don t have an Apple ID or Forgot it. Or you can set it up later. 10. Choose whether to setup Siri or you can skip by Don t Use Siri and setup later. Note: If you setup Siri, you will be asked to speak some phrases so that Siri can recognize your voice. Note: If you DO NOT see above screen, STOP further process and call customer care services. It may take few minute to set up Apple ID and updating icloud setting.
Continue setting up DEP-Register your device to be able to access Lilly resources. 11. Welcome to iphone screen Appears. Your registration is now complete.tap Get Started to begin using your device 12. The Lilly Application will begin installing automatically which may take 6-8 minutes based on your network strength. 13. Your registration is now complete. Launch MobileIron App within an hour of registration complete. 14. Automatic Lilly App Installation. Foolowing App installed automatic after registration: Go Mobile, My Password, Lilly App Store, F5 Edge, Mobile Iron, Box, Lilly Login, People search & imagazine. Important Note: Launch MobileIron App within an hour of registration is complete (Setup MobileIron App steps are on below page.)
Once after registration is complete verify that your phone & voice messaging and other data are working through cellular network. 1. Tap open Setting icon from Home screen. 2. Tap "Wi-Fi" and turn off Wi-Fi (if already connected to wi-fi) to make sure you are connected to only cellular network. 3. Verify that your phone & voice messaging and other data are working through cellular network. I. Check phone is working II. Check Message is working. III. Check Voice Message is working. IV. Check Internet browser is working. 4. Go back to Setting > General and check for your Software Update to make sure your OS is up to date. 4. Go to Setting & Tap "Wi-Fi" and Turn ON Wi-Fi
MobileIron is an application that gives you access to Lilly resources on your device such as company email, calendar, contacts and access to download Lilly Apps. It also gives Lilly the ability to remotely manage your device i.e. install or remove settings, remotely wipe your device if it is lost or stolen and to enforce that there is a security passcode setup on the device. 5. Tap open MobileIron icon from Home screen. 6. Tap "Allow" when prompted to allow MobileIron to send Notifications. 7. Tap "Allow" when prompted to allow MobileIron to access your location even when you are not using the app. 8. Make sure you see two Green Check Mark Connection establised Checked Device in Compliance Checked
The F5 Edge Client App allows secure connectivity via VPN to access Lilly business applications, websites and data from your device. The App is already auto installed in your device during registration. 1. Tap F5 Access to open the App. 3. The Enterprise VPN launch window appears, tap on Connection. 5. F5 Access App is now connected 2. The F5 Access App will need to be enabled. Tap Enable. (Note: Enabling App is Apple s Requirement and there is no EULA for this App.) 4. App will start launching and authenticating. 6. You can see following profile on VPN setting. For Corporate User: Lilly F5 EDGE VPN PROD For BYOD Users: Lilly F5 EDGE VPN BYOD FULL 7. Lilly login App will help you check and manage your password status and password expiration days. 1. Tap Lilly Login App to open the application. 4. A screen will appear and message will display password confirm and will display password expire days with green check mark. 5. You can manage your password if required from Manage My Password. 2. When prompted with the message Lilly Login Would Like to Send You Push Notifications, tap OK. 3. Enter Lilly login ID & Password. And tap Login. 6. Close Application. Close Application
This section will help you set up MyPassword authentication setup. The MyPassword@Lilly service is a selfservice password management application for all Lilly corporate or BYOD users. Follow the instruction provided in below link (Getting Started Guide) to setup MyPassword. Link: mypassword@lilly Getting Started Guide During the setup you will have the option to register multiple devices. By registering multiple devices or methods with PingID, you will have an easy, self-service solution for verifying your identity in the event your computer, mobile phone or other primary device is not available. If you have at least two methods, you will always have a backup! You'll use both your desktop browser and your mobile phone, tablet, or a non-mobile phone like your desk phone to complete the registration process. Note: If you encounter issues with the service or the registration process, please contact the Lilly Service Desk.
Box will give you cloud storage solution for your ios device and allow you to access, share and create your documents folder for easy access. 1. Tap Open Box icon on your device. 3. Enter Lilly email ID & tap Use Single Sign On (SSO). Tap Login 4. Enter Lilly email ID & Password and tap Login. Enable notification when prompted. 5. Tap Allow notification. 2. Tap Login. 6. You are successfully logged into BOX. You can close the App.
Lilly App store will provide access to all Lilly Apps. 1. Tap Open Lilly App Store icon on your device. 3. Device will wait for authorization from MobileIron. 4. If received "Cannot Open Lilly App Store", tap "OK" 6. The Lilly App Store Displays its content succefully. 2. Tap on Open when prompted to Lilly App Store to open MobileIron. 5. Tap Allow on pop up window requesting to send Notification. 7. Close the Application.

Apple ID iphone Passcode LillyNet ID and LillyNet Password Having an Apple ID allows you to access Apple online resources, including itunes and to install applications from Apple s App store and more. Your Apple ID itself will be an email address, which may or may not be your Lilly email address. You can use your existing Apple ID. If you do not have an Apple ID you can set-up an account during the process or alternatively you can visit external Apple site https://appleid.apple.com/. It is a password to unlock your iphone. If your device enters sleep mode, you will be required to swipe the slide to unlock slider at the bottom of the iphone screen, before entering the iphone passcode to unlock the device. All mobile devices connected to Lilly Network are required to have a passcode enabled. Your LillyNet ID is your system ID that use as your username when logging on to Lilly systems (such as your computer). Your LillyNet password is your password that you use to logon to Lilly systems. After you activate the device with MobileIron it usually takes a couple of hours for ELillyMO to work. If within 24 hours you are still NOT able to connect to ELillyMO, please contact your local Service Desk. It is highly recommended that you allow the iphone to connect to additional wireless internet connections, such as your home Wi-Fi or any company provided mobile WiFi device, at your earliest convenience. This will greatly enhance the functionality of the device, as well as our ability to provide future support if needed. The following explains the steps you will need to take if you lose your internet connection during MobileIron registration process: 1. Close any open applications and tap MobileIron app. 2. Tap Settings (lower left corner) then tap Check for Updates and then tap Re-Enroll Device. 3. Repeat the steps found in the following sections: Install MobileIron Application.
