Introduction This program is designed to facilitate registration, abstract and paper submission. User Types Attendees International Participant: All attendees whose nationality is non GCC. Local Participant: All attendees whose nationality is GCC or resident in Saudi Arabia. Speakers International Speaker: Non GCC speaker Local Speaker: GCC speaker or resident in Saudi Arabia Invited Speakers International Invited: Non GCC invited Speaker or resident in Saudi Arabia Local Invited: GCC invited Speaker or resident in Saudi Arabia

Registration Registration is related to participants and speakers, but invited speakers will be invited by ICA, to register please go to link http://ica.qiyas.sa then upper menu and select registration, user can select either Participant or Speaker via the following registration form: 1. Note that there are Five mandatory fields divided into two types: 2. Contact Requirement: Prefix, First Name, Last Name and Email

3. Visa Requirement: Nationality and Residency Country to show visa request form in user form, if the user is from GCC or resident there, no visa request form will appear in his page. After registration user will receive a confirmation message on his email as follows: At the end of email there are all properties user has in his Control Panel

Login You can login the system by signing in via the following form left bottom side the conference portal using Email and password

Visa Data This page is specialized for non GCC users and does not appear in local pages, non GCC users MUST fill all fields to submit for VISA and upload a photocopy of a valid passport.

Submit Abstract For Speakers only Add Abstract Speaker must fill all fields, upload CV summary and personal photo then press on Add Abstract, after that it will appear on Abstract List, and user can edit, delete and submit the abstract as shown below:

Abstract Submission To submit an abstract just click on Submit button, a confirmation screen will appear Paper Submission After abstract submission, scientific committee will judge the abstract by acceptance, rejection or acceptance with comments, if the abstract is not rejected, speaker can upload his paper, and this is the initial judgment. Paper Upload After clicking Upload Paper icon you will get the following screen

Click on Click to upload Paper icon to select the file you want to upload, after selecting file click on Upload icon to upload. After upload you will see a link for uploaded paper, you can make sure of the file upload validity by clicking on the file name. To re-upload the file or submit it, please go to Submit Abstract page

If you want to re-upload the paper you can click Edit link and repeat above steps or click on Submit Paper icon to submit the paper. You will have confirmation screen before submission you can either submit or cancel to go back Presentation Submission After initial acceptance user will be allowed to upload his presentation for final judgment

Print Badge Change Password

Judgment Process It starts by submitting papers, upload CV summary, then adding abstracts, abstract life cycle as follows: Creation Submission Assignment Evaluation Acceptance, Rejection or Acceptance with comments Speaker can edit or delete within creation state and after acceptance with comments but in this case he will be allowed to change within one week only. After clicking on submit button the following screen will appear confirming just before submission that no modification allowed after submission User can submit by clicking on OK button or go back to abstract list by clicking on CANCEL button, after clicking on OK, a confirmation message appear on the screen in addition to a confirmation email.
