OVERVIEW & ACCESS This guide provides basic instruction on Campaign Planning 2.0 Phase 1 and Phase 2 inclusions. ü Chrome is the required browser for CP 2.0 ü CP 2.0 can be accessed by visiting the following URL: http://www.comcaststore.com/cp2 Phase 1 includes the following: Browse All Plans: View, Filter, Sort, Add, Edit Phase 1 Phase 2 1. Campaign View: Inline & Mass Edit, Preset View, Filter and Sort 2. Version View: Inline & Mass Edit, Preset Views, Filter and Sort, Submit to Store 3. GLOBAL GRIDS Functionality detailed in this section is applied globally across all grids. The grid design is fluid allowing for maximum utilization of screen space. For example, if you have a large monitor, you will be able to expand the browser window to allow for viewing of additional rows and columns. GLOBAL KEYBOARD COMMANDS In addition to manually using their cursor, users can choose to quickly navigate and edit CP 2.0 using keyboard commands. GLOBAL GRID FUNCTIONALITY 1. Sort the grid by clicking on a column name 2. Filter the grid by one or more columns by typing or selecting in the dark gray row 3. Quiet mode button will collapse or expand an area to change the on screen display 4. Last edited row will display as light green and last edited cell will display as darker green 5. Double click or use Ctrl + e to enter edit mode 6. Click on Load More Content to display additional rows 7. Scroll bars can be used to display additional rows and columns 8. After any edit, use SAVE EDITS / CANCEL EDITS buttons or keyboard commands: Save = Ctrl + s, Cancel = Esc Page 5 CP 2.0 Phase 1 & 2 Quick Start Guide

BROWSE ALL PLANS The BROWSE ALL PLANS view is the default landing page. This grid displays all plans that have a created date within the past 1-year. 1. Click the down arrow to display links to the ComcastStore or Campaign Planning 1.0 2. Click here to create a new plan; a new row will be inserted into the grid allowing the user to enter the plan data points 3. Click the checkbox to navigate to a plan in Campaign Planning 1.0; a new browser window will open that allows for easy navigation between 1.0 and 2.0 NOTE: If you edit data in one window and switch to the other, you will need to refresh the page in order for all data to update in the active display 4. Hover over the INFO button to see details about the user who created and last edited this item along with date and time stamps 5. Click on a plan name to navigate to the PLAN DETAILS VIEW Page 6 CP 2.0 Phase 1 & 2 Quick Start Guide

PLAN DETAILS VIEW After clicking on a plan name in BROWSE ALL PLANS, the user is directed to the PLAN DETAILS PAGE. This view displays data for one plan only. The default displays all versions within the selected plan. 1. Click the arrow to show options to change the grid display to either Campaigns or Targeting levers (NOTE: targeting levers is only available for Northeast Division users) 2. Click the down arrow to activate the dropdown of available preset views to access the data points you need a. Each preset view displays a predetermined set of data points / columns b. If the user selects another preset view, the grid will auto update to reflect the change See APPENDIX A: PRESET VIEWS DEFINITIONS 3. Click Edit Plan to navigate to CP 1.0 4. Click Delete Plan to delete the plan and all associated campaigns and versions; a confirmation popup box will display before user can finalize the deletion 5. Use checkboxes to select all, multiple or single version(s) 6. Once an item(s) are checked / selected, the user can choose to perform the following actions: DELETE SELECTED, ADD SELECTED TO CART, MASS EDIT Page 7 CP 2.0 Phase 1 & 2 Quick Start Guide

MASS EDIT Once an item(s) are checked / selected, the MASS EDIT feature is available. This allows users to make updates across multiple versions, entering data one time. 1. Click the checkbox in the gray area to select all versions in the grid or individual versions 2. Click the MASS EDIT button to activate the feature 3. Make a selection in the header row and it will be applied to all selected versions 4. To apply or discard updates, select the SAVE EDITS / CANCEL EDITS buttons or use keyboard commands: Save = Ctrl + s, Cancel = Esc Page 8 CP 2.0 Phase 1 & 2 Quick Start Guide

WORKFLOW EXAMPLE: ADD PLAN, CAMPAIGN & STORE VERSION This workflow example will walk through the required steps to add a new plan, campaign or version and submit it to the ComcastStore to obtain a Version ID. Start at the default landing page, BROWSE ALL PLANS. 1. Click CREATE A NEW PLAN a. This action will insert a blank row into the grid 2. Click into the PLAN NAME cell and begin entering data points directly in the grid a. This is referred to as IN LINE EDIT MODE which allows for the use of keyboard commands to enter data quickly and efficiently: i. Move Right = Tab ii. Move Left = Tab + Shift iii. Activate List, calendar or modal = Down Arrow iv. Select value from list = Enter v. Save changes to row = Ctrl + s vi. Cancel edit mode / discard changes = Esc 3. To apply or discard updates, use SAVE EDITS / CANCEL EDITS buttons or keyboard commands referenced above a. 4. Click on the plan name to navigate to the CAMPAIGN VIEW grid 5. Click CREATE NEW CAMPAIGN a. This action will insert a blank row into the grid 6. Click into the PLAN TITLE cell and begin entering data directly in the grid a. Grid functionality is consistent throughout the application; please refer to keyboard commands to expedite navigation and data entry 7. To apply or discard updates, use SAVE EDITS / CANCEL EDITS buttons or keyboard commands b. 8. Click the down arrow to activate the dropdown and then select Versions to display the Version View grid 9. Click CREATE NEW VERSION a. This action will insert a blank row into the grid 10. Click into a cell and begin entering data directly in the grid 11. Click the down arrow to activate the dropdown of available preset views to access the data points you need a. Each preset view displays a predetermined set of data points / columns b. If the user selects another preset view, the grid will auto update to reflect the change See APPENDIX A: PRESET VIEWS DEFINITIONS 12. This icon indicates there is a modal for a particular column e.g. Offer, Locations, Phone Number 13. To apply or discard updates, use SAVE EDITS / CANCEL EDITS buttons or keyboard commands a. 14. The CART column displays an icon indicating if a version is ready to submit to the cart a. A red triangle indicates that there are required data points on a version that need to be entered before the version can be submitted to the cart; hovering over the icon will display all data deficiencies b. A green check indicates the version meets all requirements to submit to the cart 15. Click the checkbox of versions you want to submit to the cart 16. Click ADD SELECTED TO CART button 17. CUSTOM PRESET VIEWS Functionality detailed in this section is only available within the Version grid. Custom Preset Views allows the user to customize their view of the version grid by assigning and organizing specific fields (columns). 1. Within the Versions view, the user can create a new custom preset by selecting the + NEW PRESET button. Page 14 CP 2.0 Phase 1 & 2 Quick Start Guide

CUSTOM PRESET VIEWS (CONT.) 2. The Preset Title allows the user to customize the name of their new preset view. Select default to have this custom preset automatically default each time you enter the versions view. 3. Select Field Groupings allows the user to choose Available Fields from existing preset views or to display all by choosing select. 4. The Available Fields window displays all columns that are available to add to the custom preset view. Simply drag any available field to the Added Fields window. 5. The Added Fields window displays all of the columns that will appear within your custom preset view. These fields can be reordered or removed by dragging them back to the Available Fields window. a. The user can select the field that they would like to sort their new preset view by. Simply select the desired field and specify ascending or descending. Page 15 CP 2.0 Phase 1 & 2 Quick Start Guide

MOVING A CAMPAIGN Functionality detailed in this section is only available within the Campaign grid. 1. Within the Campaign dropdown view you can move an existing Campaign into another Plan. Simply select the PLAN TITLE within the grid and choose the Plan you would like to move your Campaign to. Select SAVE EDITS. This will copy all data within the campaign into your newly selected plan. CLONING A CAMPAIGN Functionality detailed in this section is only available within the Campaign grid. 1. To clone a campaign, select the desired campaign within the grid and choose CLONE SELECTED. 2. Within the clone campaigns window select the Plan that you would like the cloned campaign to live within. 3. When cloning a campaign, you can select All Versions to duplicate the entire Campaign or select individual versions to clone by choosing Selected Versions. 4. Assign a title for your newly cloned campaign and select SAVE & CONTINUE. Page 17 CP 2.0 Phase 1 & 2 Quick Start Guide

MOVING A VERSION 1. Within the Version dropdown view you can move an existing version into another campaign. Simply select the CAMPAIGN TITLE within the grid and choose the Campaign you would like to move your selected version to. Select SAVE EDITS. This will copy all data within the version into your newly selected campaign. a. *Versions can only be moved to Campaigns within the same Plan. Page 18 CP 2.0 Phase 1 & 2 Quick Start Guide

CLONING A VERSION Functionality detailed in this section is only available within the Versions grid. 1. To clone a version, select single or multiple versions within the grid and choose CLONE SELECTED. 2. The Clone Version window allows you to select the Campaign you would like to clone your version(s) to. 3. Selecting the number of clones for a specific version allows you to assign a unique title to each. 4. Select the fields that you would like to clone within each specific version. 5. FILTERING AND SORTING Functionality detailed in this section is available across the Plan, Campaign and Version Grid as well as the Offer Modal. There are three types of column headers when searching within the grid. 1. Exact Match: Exact match columns are indicated by a drop-down arrow and contain a list of preset selections within the drop-down menu. A user can select an exact value and the grid will update accordingly. To clear the filter selection the user can select All. 2. Calendar The grid can be sorted by selecting a specific calendar date. The user can select any date within the calendar and the grid will populate with corresponding matches. To clear the calendar filter, the user can delete the contents of the filter window and press enter twice. Page 20 CP 2.0 Phase 1 & 2 Quick Start Guide

3. Write-In: Write-In columns are indicated by a filter icon and allow the user to conduct a search with specific characters. Any results matching those characters will automatically populate as options in the window below (the first 50 results ordered alphanumerically will be shown). The user may select one of these options to update the grid with an exact match or press enter while conducting their character search to show all matches within the grid. To clear the filter selection the user can delete the contents of the filter window and press enter. Page 21 CP 2.0 Phase 1 & 2 Quick Start Guide
