TSW-560/TSW-760/TSW-1060: 5", 7", and 10.1" Tuch Screens Access the Setup Screens The setup screens enable basic cnfiguratin prir t regular peratin f the Crestrn TSW-560, TSW-760, and TSW-1060 tuch screens. T display the main setup screen, tuch the display screen while applying pwer t the tuch screen. The Crestrn TSW-560, TSW-760, and TSW-1060 are functinally similar. Fr simplicity within this guide, the term tuch screen is used except where nted. NOTE: The Crestrn TSW-560P 5" prtrait tuch screen prvides the same setup screens that are described in this guide, but the appearance and layut f the screens have been mdified fr prtrait rientatin. NOTE: If n prject has been laded r if an invalid prject has been laded, the tuch screen defaults t the main setup screen. During regular peratin f the tuch screen, there are fur methds fr accessing the setup functins: Place a buttn n the prject main page, and assign the reserved jin number (17242) that activates setup. Tap the hard keys labeled belw as 1, 2, 3, and 4 in sequence twice (tap 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4) within a 5-secnd perid. Place five fingers n the display and hld fr 15 secnds. TSW 760 Setup Screen The Setup screen prvides buttns fr Ethernet setup, IP table setup, audi setup, display setup, standby timeut, and diagnstics. There is als a buttn t tggle system messages n r ff, and an Abut buttn prvides infrmatin abut the tuch screen. Additinally, the screen displays the IP address, the hstname, and the MAC address f the tuch screen. The functins f each buttn are detailed in the fllwing pages f this guide. NOTE: A tlbar is present n the bttm f all setup screens. Cnfigure the Tuch Screen Ethernet Setup On the Setup screen, tap Ethernet Setup t display the Ethernet Setup screen. Ethernet Setup Screen Use the Ethernet Setup screen t view the tuch screen s MAC and IP addresses, subnet mask, default ruter, primary and secndary DNS, hstname, and dmain. This screen als cntains a Link indicatr t shw the status f the Ethernet cnnectin. (Green indicates that the Ethernet cnnectin is active.) DHCP can be enabled r disabled by tapping On r Off under DHCP Enable. When DHCP is ff, a Set Static IP Address Settings buttn prvides access t cntrls that allw these settings t be edited. T change t a static IP address, tap Off under DHCP Enabled, and then tap Set Static IP Address Settings t display the Static IP Ethernet Setup screen. NOTE: DHCP is enabled by default. Static IP Ethernet Setup Screen T edit the static IP address, the static subnet mask, the static default ruter, the preferred DNS, r the alternate preferred DNS, tap the text field underneath the setting name. The n-screen numeric keypad (nt shwn) pens. Use the keypad t make the new entry. Tap the clear buttn ( ) in the text field t clear any previus entry. Tap the delete buttn ( ) t delete the last digit. Tap Save t save a new entry r tap < Cancel t discard any changes. The display returns t the Static IP Ethernet Setup screen. After new settings have been saved, tap Apply Changes n the Static IP Ethernet Setup screen t apply the new settings and t stay in setup mde. Tap Rebt t exit setup mde and t rebt the tuch screen. If n changes are made, tap < Back t return t the Ethernet Setup screen. IP Table Setup On the Setup screen, tap IP Table Setup t display the Ethernet Setup - IP Table screen. Ethernet Setup - IP Table Screen Use the Ethernet Setup - IP Table screen t view and edit up t fur IP table settings, each f which has an Online indicatr. (Green indicates that the IP address is nline.) T add r edit an entry, tap the Add/Edit buttn t its left. The Ethernet Setup - Edit IP Table screen is displayed. Audi Setup Screen Use the Audi Setup screen t cntrl the vlume, media vlume, and beep vlume settings fr the tuch screen: NOTE: The Media Vlume cntrls adjust the H.264 streaming media level in relatin t the Vlume cntrls. Vlume: Tap the up and dwn arrws t raise r lwer the master vlume f the tuch screen, frm 0 t 100%. Tap Mute On r Mute Off t mute r unmute the master vlume. Tap Test t play a test recrding at the current vlume level. Media Vlume: Tap the up and dwn arrws t raise r lwer the media vlume f the tuch screen, frm 0 t 100%. Tap Mute On r Mute Off t mute r unmute the media vlume. Beep Vlume: Tap the up and dwn arrws t raise r lwer the beep vlume f the tuch screen, frm 0 t 100%. Display Setup On the Setup screen, tap Display Setup t display the Display Setup screen. Display Setup Screen Use the Display Setup screen t adjust the LCD display and the key backlight settings. The fllwing settings can be adjusted fr the LCD (screen) display: Tap the up and dwn arrws under Brightness t raise r lwer the brightness level f the LCD display, frm 0 t 100%. Tap On r Off under Aut Brightness t turn aut brightness n r ff n the display. Tap the left and right arrws t adjust the LCD ALS (ambient light sensr) threshld value fr switching between high and lw aut-brightness presets, frm 0 t 100%. The fllwing settings can be adjusted fr the hard key backlight: Tap Enabled r Disabled under Hard Key Backlight t enable r disable the hard key backlight. Display High / Medium / Lw Settings Screen Tap the up and dwn arrws t raise r lwer the values f the high, medium, and lw brightness settings fr the LCD display and the key backlight, frm 0 t 100%. Tap Lw, Med, r High t set the brightness level t lw, medium, r high, respectively, fr the LCD display and the key backlight. Tap < BACK t return t the Display Setup screen. Tap Presets t access the Display High / Lw Settings screen, which can be used t adjust tuch screen aut-brightness threshld values. Standby Timeut On the Setup screen, tap Standby Timeut t display the Standby Timeut screen. Standby Timeut Screen Use the Standby Timeut screen t adjust the tuch screen's standby timeut duratin. Tap the up and dwn arrws t increase r decrease the standby timeut duratin, frm 0 t 120 minutes. Tap Screen Saver Optins t display the Standby Screensaver screen. Standby Screensaver Screen Use the Standby Screensaver screen t adjust settings fr the digital clck screensaver, which can be displayed during standby timeut mde. Tap < Back t return t the Standby Timeut screen. Tap < Back again t return t the Setup screen. Diagnstics On the Setup screen, tap Diagnstics t display the Diagnstics screen. Diagnstics Screen The Diagnstics screen displays the tuch screen's CPU temperature and available memry, and it prvides buttns t pen varius test screens. Test Patterns On the Diagnstics screen, tap Test Patterns t display the Test Pattern Diagnstics screen. Test Pattern Diagnstics Screen Use the Test Pattern Diagnstics screen t display any f the available test patterns. Tap ne f the buttns n the screen t display its respective test pattern. Tap < Back t return t the Diagnstics screen. Tuch Test On the Diagnstics screen, tap Tuch Test t display the tuch test screen. Use the tuch test screen t test the tuch functinality f the display. When a lcatin buttn is tapped, its respective indicatr lights n the screen. Tap Return t return t the Diagnstics screen. Mic Test On the Diagnstics screen, tap Mic Test t begin a micrphne test. Mic Test Screen During a micrphne test, the built-in micrphnes recrd sund fr five secnds and then play the sund back t cnfirm that they are functining. This test is perfrmed twice: The first test recrds and plays sund back frm the left micrphne, and the secnd test recrds and plays sund back frm the right micrphne. LAN Test On the Diagnstics screen, tap LAN Test t display the Ethernet Diagnstics screen. Ethernet Diagnstics Screen Use the Ethernet Diagnstics screen t view the tuch screen s MAC and IP addresses, subnet mask, default ruter, primary and secndary DNS, hstname, and dmain. This screen als cntains a Link indicatr t shw the status f the Ethernet cnnectin. (Green indicates that the Ethernet cnnectin is active). Keypad Test On the Diagnstics screen, tap Keypad Test t display the Keypad Diagnstics Test screen. Keypad Diagnstics Test Screen Use the Keypad Diagnstics Test screen t test the functinality f the five capacitive hard keys n the frnt f the tuch screen. When ne f the hard keys is tapped, its respective indicatr lights n the screen. Tap < Back t return t the Diagnstics screen. Rava Test On the Diagnstics screen, tap Rava Test t display the Rava Diagnstics screen. Rava Diagnstics Screen Use the Rava Diagnstics screen t test using the Rava SIP Intercm with the tuch screen. This screen can be used t call anther tuch screen that has Rava, t test and cnfigure prjects, and t adjust varius Rava settings. T place a call, dial the extensin f the desired tuch screen using the n-screen numeric keypad, and then tap Call. If the intercm wrks but the prject des nt, there is an issue with the prject; if the intercm des nt wrk, there is an issue with the settings. The Rava Settings screen prvides cntrls t switch between Peer t Peer Mde and SIP Server Mde, and when set t the latter, cntrls t switch between Nrmal Mde and Dr Mde. Tuching the ther fields n the screen pens the n-screen keybard r n-screen numeric keypad as apprpriate. When all settings are entered, tuch Apply t stre them r < Back t ignre any changes. Tuching either ptin returns the display t the Rava Diagnstics screen. Tap < Back again t return t the Diagnstics screen. RTSP Test On the Diagnstics screen, tap RTSP Test t display the RTSP Stream Diagnstics screen. RTSP Stream Diagnstics Screen Use the RTSP Stream Diagnstics screen t test whether Real Time Streaming Prtcl (RTSP) is functining n the tuch screen. Tap the text field belw H264 Stream Surce URL: (Tuch t edit) t pen the n-screen keybard (nt shwn). Enter the URL fr an H.264 vide stream surce, and then tap Save. The vide stream is displayed in the lwer right prtin f the RTSP Stream Diagnstics screen. Tap the up and dwn arrws n the left side f the screen t raise r lwer the vlume f the vide stream, frm 0 t 100%, and tap On r Off under Mute t mute r unmute the vlume f the vide stream. CAs can be deleted by clicking the trashcan buttn ( ) in the Actins clumn f the CA menu. A pp-up windw displays with a "Are yu sure yu want t delete this certificate? [Certificate Name]?" dialgue, where "Certificate Name" is the selected CA. Click Yes t delete the certificate r N t cancel the deletin. Click Add [Type] Certificate t add a CA f the chsen type (Rt, Intermediate, Machine, r Web Server) t the CA menu. The Add Certificate pp-up windw pens. Add Certificate Windw Use the fllwing prcedure t uplad a custm user prject thrugh the web cnfiguratin interface: Click Brwse, and then navigate t the CA file n the hst cmputer. Select the CA file, and then click Open. Click Lad t lad the CA file t the tuch screen. The prgress f the uplad is shwn in the pp-up windw. Once the tuch screen has cmpleted the uplad, click OK. Click the x buttn t clse the Add Certificate windw at any time during the uplad prcess. Clicking the x buttn befre the CA file is upladed t the tuch screen cancels the uplad. Click the x buttn t clse the Manage Certificates windw and t return t the main 802.1x Authenticatin settings. The Crestrn XiO Clud service can be used t view the status f a device, t cnfigure varius device and netwrk settings, t cnfigure licenses, and t update device firmware. The Crestrn XiO Clud service requires devices t be claimed s they can be managed by the service. T claim a single device r multiple devices, perfrm ne f the fllwing prcedures. Claim a Single Device 1. Recrd the MAC address and serial number that are labeled n the shipping bx r n a sticker attached t the device. The MAC address and serial number are required t add the device t the Crestrn XiO Clud envirnment. NOTE: Use the MAC address labelled MAC Address. 2.
