STORE ACCESS Welcome to the BMCHP Online Procurement Site Begin browsing the BMCHP online procurement site by clicking the Proceed To Catalog link. HOME PAGE The Home page is your central location for information about and direct access to products From the Navigation bar click Catalog to begin ordering A search field (Search Catalog) is provided to locate a product. Type the name, part of the name, or description of the item in the search field and use the Enter key to execute the search 5

CATALOG At the Catalog screen click on the name or image preview of the group you would like to order products for. From any page on the store you can go directly to any product by hovering over Catalog from the navigation bar, and clicking on the product 6

CUSTOMIZE ITEM Completing the form When you select a customized item (like a business card), you complete the order form and approve the proof to order First time ordering Enter your content. Red fields are mandatory Click the green create proof button to the right of the form Review your proof. Click the Open PDF button to save the PDF file or print a hard copy for your records 7

CUSTOMIZE ITEM (continued) Saving content for reordering Once you have confirmed the content is accurate, click the Save Autofill content link Enter a name for the content you are saving Click Save 8

CUSTOMIZE ITEM (continued) MANAGING AUTOFILL CONTENT Using saved autofill content On the product ordering form, click Autofill Options The Autofill Options window opens, click the text Display: All Saved Content To use the saved content, click on the appropriate name. The form will refresh with the saved content Delete saved autofill content On the product ordering form, click Autofill Options The Autofill Options window opens, click Delete button, then click the text Display: All Saved Content When the list appears, select the check box to the left of the name and click the green Delete button 9

CHECKOUT Current Shopping Cart Each item you choose to order will be added to your shopping cart When you are finished adding item(s) to your cart, you can complete the checkout process TIP Click Shopping Cart from the top right of the page any time during your session to view items in your cart Three remaining steps to complete the order process Shipping Info Billing Info Review and Send 10

CHECKOUT SAVE SHOPPING CART SAVE SHOPPING CART Select the items to save from the current shopping cart, then click the Save Cart button From the Assign List window Select Create new cart from the Select Cart menu Select the Save Action Give the cart a name click Assign List button to save Order saved cart item(s) From the shopping cart click the Saved tab At the Show drop down select the cart you want to order Select the items and click the green Add Selected to Cart button Complete the order process 11

CHECKOUT SHIPPING Shipping Information Enter your shipping information, using Change Address button to select from a set of predefined addresses By hovering over a location name, you will be given an option to set the location as a Default Enter alternate shipping address or special instructions for individual items Click Continue 12

CHECKOUT ORDER CONFIRMATION Final Review Review your order to confirm all information provided is correct Click the Change link next to any information that needs to be edited Once all information is correct, click Complete Order to send the order TIP You may print the confirmation screen for your records if needed 13

ORDER MANAGER Review Order Status Click on the Order Status Tab Update the date range to when the order was placed Click Search to review your order history and place an exact reorder 14
