Citrix Ready Marketplace FAQs 1. What are the required specifications to submit the company and product logo files? A. The recommended specification for the company logo is 285x270 pixels and JPG, JPEG & PNG file format with a transparent background. The product logo should be 285x270 pixels and in a JPG, JPEG & PNG file format. 2. What are the required specifications to submit the Product Images/Screen shots? A. The recommended specification for the product images/screen shots is 780x440 pixels and JPG, JPEG, PNG. 3. What is the estimated timeline for the Company and the product profile to go live on Citrix Ready Marketplace? A. Once the product is approved by the technical team it would take 2-3 working days for the company and the product profile to go live on Citrix Ready Marketplace. 4. How can we access the leads generated from Citrix Ready Marketplace? A. An automated email will be sent to the Partner Admin with the requestor name, contact details and information asked. You can also access the leads under Reports section in the Marketplace.
5. How can we access the MDX file downloads from the Marketplace? A. An automated email will be sent to the Partner Admin with the requestor name and contact details of person who has downloaded the MDX file. Currently you can assign only one admin for the Marketplace to manage the company and product profile pages. 7. How can I submit a product review? A. You can submit your comments by clicking on Write a review under the product profile by filling in the required fields.
8. How can I provide feedback on the Marketplace? A. You can provide the feedback on the Marketplace by clicking on Give Feedback and submit the form. We will get back to you at the earliest. 1. How can I update/edit my company profile on Citrix Ready Marketplace? A. Only Partner admin has access to update the company profile on Marketplace. Steps to update the company profile: 1. Login to the Marketplace 2. Go to My Account tab
3. Click on Manage Company to update/edit your company profile. 4. Update the Company Description.
5. Update the company's Social media information. 6. Upload additional resources such as Case Studies, Brochures and Company Video URL (References). 7. Click on Submit for approval for the Marketplace admin to review the profile. Once the Marketplace admin reviews and approves the draft, your company profile will be published on the Marketplace. 1. How do I create the new product profile page on the Citrix Ready Marketplace? A. Only Partner admin has access to update the product profile on Marketplace.
Steps to update the product profile: 1. Login to the Marketplace 2. Go to My Account tab 3. Click on Manage Products tab. 4. Click on Create product under Manage Products section.
5. Add the product name (mandatory), summary and product description as shown below. 6. Upload the Product logo and Product images (If available).
7. Upload Resources such as Brochures, Videos (YouTube) and Whitepapers. 8. Click on Save and exit for the Add test kit to be enabled. 9. Click on Add Test Kit and select the appropriate Citrix Ready Verification Test Kit from the dropdown.
10. Upload the supporting documents and click on Submit test kit. 11. Click on Submit for approval for the Technical team to review. Note: Click on Save and exit to complete and submit the test kit later. Once the Citrix Ready technical team reviews and approves the test kit, your product profile will be published on the Marketplace.

3. Go to Manage Mobile Apps section 4. Click on Create app to create the app profile. 5. Select the App Platform and enter the App Name, Summary and Description for the app profile.
6. Upload the App logo and App images/screenshots. 7. Upload the additional resources such as Brochures, Whitepapers and References URL (YouTube Video) and click on Save and exit. Note: After Save and exit the page refreshes and Add Test kit button gets activated. Please add the test kits for the app profile. Follow the steps 8 & 9 to add the test kits and Submit for approval. 8. Click on Add Test kit and select the relevant test kit from the dropdown.
9. Upload the.apk/.ipa files and supporting documents and click on Submit test kit. 10. Click on Submit for approval to send the test kit to technical team for review. Note: Click on Save and exit to finish and submit later or click on Submit for approval for the Marketplace admin to review. Upload/Edit Resources such as Brochures, App Videos (Only YouTube videos) and Whitepapers. 7. Click on Save and exit to finish and submit later or click on Submit for approval for the Marketplace admin to review.
