Mobile Banking With PeoplesBank Mobile Banking, it s now easier and more convenient than ever to access your accounts. Transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks, and check account balances anywhere, anytime, using a mobile device. FAQs What is Mobile Banking? Mobile Banking provides you free, fast and secure access to your eligible bank accounts so that you can bank how, when and where you want. Our mobile app is available to download for iphone/ipad and Android devices. What can I do with this service? Check account balances Deposit checks with PeoplesBank Mobile Deposit Transfer funds Pay Bills Find Locations and ATMs Can I register my mobile number for multiple users? No, your mobile number can only be registered for one user. Will I be able to access all of my personal accounts? You will have access to the same accounts that you setup in Online Banking. Can I use Bill Pay through Mobile Banking? Yes. However, you cannot add new payees through our Mobile Banking service. In order to add a new payee, you will have to log into your Online Banking account to do so.

Can my Mobile username be the same as my Online Banking username? Yes the same username can be used for both Mobile Banking and Online Banking. What if I don t have a smart phone? You will not be able to access the app on your mobile phone, however, the app is also available for ipad. What if I want to change my user credentials? You may change your user credentials at any time through Online Banking. Is my username and password case sensitive? Yes What do I do if my mobile device is lost or stolen? If your mobile device is lost or stolen, log in to Online Banking and deactivate your device under the Mobile Banking tab until the situation has been resolved. Contact our Client Care Center at 888-846-1970 to learn more. I enrolled my phone, but did not receive the text messages. What should I do? Typically you should receive the text messages within minutes after enrolling. However, there are times when mobile providers experience delays which slows down delivery. If you never received the text messages, please contact the Client Care Center at 888-846-1970. My mobile number has changed. What do I need to do to keep my access to mobile banking? To update your mobile number you will need to login to Online Banking and go to Mobile. Do I have to agree to the Terms and Conditions to participate in Mobile Banking? Yes

What are mobile account nicknames? Mobile account nicknames will help you easily identify each of your accounts when making text banking transactions. How do I cancel this service? To cancel this service, you will need to login to Online Banking and un-enroll through Mobile Banking. Text Banking What is Mobile Text? Mobile Text allows anyone with an online banking account to access their eligible accounts from a mobile device via SMS text messaging. What is the short code that I send texts to? The short code is 469228 What are the Text Banking commands? Balance inquiry (BAL) When you request a list of the available balances on your accounts, you will be a sent a text message. To make this request you will need to enter one of the following commands: BALANCE BAL B available balances for all linked accounts available balance for the specific account BALANCE BALANCE <account identifier> e.g. BALANCE Nick

Is Text Banking secure? For your security, accounts are identified by their account nickname (that you choose) or have a masked account number. For example: SAV1 or 1XXXXX5584 Should I delete text messages that I receive from PeoplesBank regarding my account(s)? We strongly recommend that you delete all text messages that are received in regards to your account(s). Does my mobile carrier support Text Banking? In order to verify if your carrier supports this feature, you should contact them. Are text commands case-sensitive? No. Text commands are not case sensitive.
