The campaign id can be found by going to the campaign s page and copying the number at the end of the URL. 3.4 Settings Configuration 3.4.1 Lead Generation After successfully saving your credentials, you will be able to customize your integration settings to best fit your business needs. Here we explain each setting you can toggle: Sync Enabled: Check this box to allow us to automatically export leads as contacts to your Pardot database. Under Select the type of leads to export o Approved Leads: This includes all prospects that have been approved in Socedo. o Followers Only: This includes only leads that followed you after being approved. Under Select how to export your leads o Create new only: We will only create new contacts in your Pardot database. o Create new or update: We will create new contacts as well as update existing prospects. In order to update existing prospects, we must have the prospect s id stored in our system. Otherwise, we assume it is a new lead and will create a duplicate. After selecting your settings, click Save and Test to confirm that your settings are saved and your connection is successful. 3.4.2 Social Lead Acceleration The first step of the SoLA integration is that we must match your prospects to social profiles. For customers, we ask that you place the leads to be matched on a Pardot list. Then, you can provide us the list by entering its ID in the Queue List ID field. 9
For trials, you may provide us a list in the same way described above, or you may opt for us to obtain a random sample of leads from your Pardot database. You can make this selection in the UI. 10
