1. Introduction Members who are registered for Internet Banking are able to login via our Holiday Coast Credit Union website www.hccu.com.au. This user guide provides members with a step-by-step navigation of the functions offered within Internet Banking including, account balances, transaction lists, account transfers, BPAY payments, online statements, transaction download and much more. Internet Banking also offers users a variety of Security functions to ensure a confident Internet banking experience. These include the use of Crypto Keypad, Two Factor Authentication using TA (Transaction Authentication) Password, Vasco Token or SMS Tokens. Internet Banking Member User Guide Page 4 of 125

2. Getting Started 2.1 Register To register for Internet Banking simply call us on 1300 365 7 24 and we ll have you online in minutes. 2.2 Login 1. To login click on the Internet Banking link on our Holiday Coast Credit Union website www.hccu.com.au. 2. Enter your Member Number & Access Password You should have been issued a temporary login password as part of the registration process. This can be used at first login & you will be prompted to change it to a password of your choosing. 3. Click Login 4. 2.3 Alerts After entry of your Member Number and Access Password if there are any new Alerts posted you will be presented with the alerts page. Clicking on the alert text will open a new window for the target site/document. Should you not wish to view details about the alert, you can choose to simply click Next to continue login. 2.4 Conditions of Use When you log in for the first time, or if the Conditions of Use have been updated since the last time you logged in, you will be presented with the following page. 1. To view Conditions of Use, click on the hyper link and the document will open in a new window for viewing. 2. After viewing Conditions of Use the check box will automatically be checked 3. 2.5 Accounts & Balances By default when you login the page that displays is the Accounts & Balances page where you can view a list of all your accounts. This page also includes some security features at the bottom of the page so you can easily see the date & time of your last transactions & login. Internet Banking Member User Guide Page 9 of 125

2.6 Transactions When you first login to Internet Banking you are presented with your Accounts and Balances page see below. 1 1. To view transactions for a particular account, click on the account 2 3 4 Internet Banking Member User Guide Page 10 of 125

Transaction Types Filter 2. To view transaction for a specific date range enter the oldest and newest dates in the fields. 3. To filter the transaction type, choose type from the drop down box and click Search 4. To find a specific cheque transaction enter the cheque number and click on Search Internet Banking Member User Guide Page 11 of 125

2.7 Advanced Search This function allows you to search transactions using: 1. Additional date filters eg. periods 2. Between two amounts or a specified amount or 3. By searching for particular narrative eg. invoice 000123 Click on the Advanced Search button from the transactions page to complete a search. 2.8 Security Check Internet Banking provides a security check so that you can verify the last date and time you logged in and transacted via Internet Banking. Internet Banking Member User Guide Page 13 of 125

3. Menu Navigation The standard menu options appear down the left hand side of the page. You can access the sub menu options simply by clicking on the menu name. The menu will expand to show all available options. The menus may vary slightly depending on what type of account you are viewing and on your individual settings. 4. Quick Links The Quick Links menu appears at the top of the page. It is a static menu, which provides the most frequently used Internet Banking functions. These static menu options will appear on the majority of Internet Banking pages. Internet Banking Member User Guide Page 16 of 125

5. Two Factor Authentication (2FA) 5.1.1 What is 2FA? 2FA provides you with a second level of security when performing specific functions within Internet Banking. The second level password or code may be one of the following depending on your External Transfer Limits and your BPAY Limits. Vasco Token SMS Token TA (Transaction Authentication) Password In combination with the second factor authentication, the first level will be your Login Password. 5.2 Vasco Token 5.2.1 What is a Vasco Token device? It is a small portable device that at a single press of the button generates a dynamic one-time password for use within Internet Banking. The device can be carried on your key ring, worn around your neck or simply placed in your pocket or purse. Vasco Tokens are available on request to members who wish to ensure maximum-security protection for Internet banking. Either a Vasco or SMS token is mandatory for users with Funds Transfer External (FTE) and/or BPAY limits greater than $2000. Members registered for a Vasco Token will be prompted to use the Vasco Token when they perform any of the following functions via Internet Banking: - Add new External Transfer Payee Add new BPAY biller Card Management eg. Activation Personalise Accounts Change Contact Details 5.2.2 How do I register for a Vasco Token? Refer to Section 15.1 Register for details on registering for a Vasco from within Internet Banking. 5.3 SMS Token 5.3.1 What is an SMS Token? An SMS token is a one-time password/code delivered to your registered mobile phone in a text message. Either a Vasco or SMS token is mandatory for users with Funds Transfer External (FTE) and/or BPAY limits greater than $2000. Members registered for an SMS Token will be prompted to use the code when they perform any of the following functions via Internet Banking: - Add new External Transfer Payee Add new BPAY biller Card Management eg. Activation Personalise Accounts Change Contact Details 5.3.2 How do I register for an SMS Token? Simply call us on 1300 365 7 24 & we will have you registered in no time at all. 5.4 TA Password 5.4.1 What is a TA Password? A Transaction Authentication (TA) Password is an additional password to utilise as a second factor authentication method. TA Passwords are applied to all registered Internet Banking members who do not have a Vasco or SMS Token, i.e. use only standard FTE and BPAY limits. This password must be different to your login password & is required to input when performing any of the five functions listed below. Add new External Transfer Payee Add new BPAY biller Card Management eg. Activation Personalise Accounts Change Contact Details Initially you will be issued a temporary TA password by a Holiday Coast Credit Union staff member. Before being able to use this password you will be required to change the password. If you attempt to use the password without changing it you will this error: Simply click on the Click Here text to be taken to the Change Tran Auth Password screen. Alternatively, this screen can be found in the Maintenance menu within Internet Banking and this password can be reset/changed at any time. 5.4.2 How do I use the TA Password? TA Passwords are entered using the floating Crypto Keypad. Crypto Keypad Technical Details: Crypto Keypad is an HTML based keypad for password entry which uses an enhanced login mechanism designed to help reduce the risk of password capture traditionally associated with key logging techniques. The Crypto Keypad also incorporates a substitution cipher that scrambles passwords using the full 95 keypad character set to further obscure password information. Random movement of the keypad when entering a password is an inbuilt security function designed to prevent cursor mapping. The keypad has been added to any page that requires a TA password and supports the following character set: `1234567890-= abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ []\;,./~!@#$%^&*( )_+{} : <>? space Internet Banking Member User Guide Page 21 of 125

7. Accounts By clicking on each of the Account options, this will change the display of Accounts & Balances to only those account types selected. Example; Select Accounts\Investments only Investment accounts will be displayed. Account Types All Accounts Savings Loans Investments Overdrafts Visa Christmas Club Sweep Accounts Redraw Accounts Default setting to display All Accounts and Balances Savings Accounts eg. S2, S55, S8 Loan Accounts eg. L3, L53 Note: When a loan is selected, you have an added option in the View menu to view Loan Details Investment Accounts eg. I1 Any account with an Overdraft facility attached Any account with a Visa Card facility attached Displays Christmas Club Accounts Displays Sweep Accounts Note: If no accounts with that facility a message is returned advising of such. 9. Transfers 9.1 Funds Transfer Internal Immediate 1. Access via the Transfers menu or Quicklinks. 2. Select Funds Transfer Internal 3. Select the account to transfer From, using the From Account drop down box 4. Select the account to transfer To using the To Account drop down box 5. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, in the Amount field 6. Enter a Reference (This text will be visible on both the From and To accounts) 7. Select the Transfer Time as Pay Now 8. Click Submit 9. 10. Verify details & if correct click Confirm, if not click Cancel 11. A receipt page will then be displayed confirming transaction. You can then either: a. 9.2 Funds Transfer Internal Future Dated and/or Recurring 1. Access via the Transfers menu or Quicklinks. 2. Select Funds Transfer Internal Note: The additional future dated fields will not appear on screen until the Transfer Time Pay Later option is selected and/or Frequency is changed from Once Only. 3. Select the account to transfer From, using the From Account drop down box 4. Select the account to transfer To using the To Account drop down box 5. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, in the Amount field 6. Enter a Reference (This text will be visible on both the From and To accounts) Internet Banking Member User Guide Page 27 of 125

7. Select the Transfer Time as Pay Later 8. Select the desired Transfer Frequency for a one off or regular recurring payment. a. Once Only b. Weekly c. Fortnightly d. Monthly e. Quarterly 9. Enter the Start Date in the First Transfer Date field. Simply click on the field & select the date from the popup calendar. 10. Enter the End Date in the Last Transfer Date field. Simply click on the field & select the date from the popup calendar. Note: If the payment is to be permanent, enter NEVER in this field. 11. Click Submit 12. 13. Verify details & if correct click Confirm, if not click Cancel 14. A receipt page will then be displayed confirming transaction. You can then either: a. 9.3 Funds Transfer External Immediate 1. Access via the Transfers menu or Quicklinks. 2. Select Funds Transfer External 3. Select the account to transfer From, using the From Account drop down box 4. Select the Payee from the drop down box if existing payee or 5. Enter New Payee BSB, Account Number & Account Name Note: If you enter new Payee details instead of an existing payee the system will recognise it as New & you will be prompted for Second Factor Authentication (2FA) to allow successful transaction Refer to Section 5 Two Factor Authentication for further details. 6. 11. BPAY View 11.1 Introduction BPAY View is a product offering from BPAY that allows a user to receive, view and pay their bills online. When used in conjunction with Internet Banking, this service allows members to register for the service, receive bill summaries and provide links to Biller systems to display full bill details. BPAY View includes the following key functionality: Member Registration A user is registered for a particular Biller s service via Internet Banking. Bill Summary Display A summary of all bills that have been received from the billers the user is registered with. Bill Details Display A user can be securely passed to the Billers web site for full display of bill details. Bill Notification Members will be advised within Internet Banking when a bill arrives. Bill Payment History Shows a summary history of BPAY View bills. The use of BPAY View is completely optional, should members choose not to register for BPAY View billers, they may continue to use the existing standard BPAY functions. Once details are submitted, a registration request is immediately sent to the biller; however they have up to 72 hours to action the request. Bill Types Billers are able to send different bill types for payment, such as a Mandatory Bill for Payment or Bill for Payment. Bills flagged as being mandatory must be viewed before a payment can be made; with an error returned should a member attempt to pay a mandatory view bill without having first viewed it. 11.2.3.4 Pay Minimum Amount The Pay Minimum Amount action will pre-populate the minimum payment amount and biller/crn details ready for payment. Payments to BPAY View use the standard BPAY payment process. 11.2.3.5 Paid Bill Elsewhere The Paid Bill Elsewhere action allows members to move an unpaid bill from their active My Bills listing into their payment history. This is helpful should a member have made the biller payment via another means outside of Internet Banking, such as cash, cheque or credit card. 11.2.4 Payment History The payment history screen displays a listing of bills that have been fully paid, or have been flagged as having been paid elsewhere. The ability to view an electronic bill once paid is not available however the ability to view the bill summary information is supported. Members also have the ability to manually delete a history payment record using the Delete option. 11.2.5 Payment Status Bills presented for payment within the BPAY View system will have a status assigned. This status is updated based on member actions such as making a full or partial payment or flagging the bill as paid elsewhere. A listing of the applicable status and its meaning are as follows: Bill Status Description Unpaid Partially Paid Paid Elsewhere Paid in Full <date> Unpaid bill requiring payment. Bill that has been partially paid (immediate payment) but still has an outstanding balance. 14. SMS Alerts SMS Alerts is a messaging service to alert you of certain transactions on your account. The options can be personalised to suit your needs and is managed via Internet Banking. This option is only available if you are not currently registered for Alerts. Once you are registered this option is no longer displayed. 14.1 Register for Alerts 1. Access via the SMS Alerts menu 2. Select Register for Alerts option 3. Enter your Mobile Number 4. Click Submit button 5. Click Continue 6. This will take you to the Alert Settings & Options page where you can configure the settings to suit you. Refer Alert Settings & Options section below for further information. 14.2 Alert Settings & Options There are many options available within the SMS Alerts functionality that are completely customisable by a user. These settings can also be modified or updated at any time and as many times as you like. Refer to the screen below for details of each of the settings available. Some of the key options are: Allowed Times - Any time of day or only between specified From & To times eg. 8am to 10pm Send SMS when a payroll credit is posted so you are alerted as soon as you receive the funds Send SMS when available balance falls below a specified limit. 14.3 View SMS History You can view your SMS Alert History by selecting the option below. 1. Access via the SMS Alerts menu 2. Select View SMS History option 3. Enter Oldest & Newest date & Message Type Filter if applicable. Otherwise all history is displayed by default. 4. A listing of your SMS alerts will be displayed, including the following details: a) Message ID each message has a unique ID b) Date The date that the SMS was sent c) Time The time that the SMS was sent d) Mobile # number the SMS was sent to e) SMS text f) Sent used to identify if the message has been sent/pending etc g) Billed Identifies if the member has been billed for the SMS message by the Credit Union. 15. Security Settings 15.1 Register This option allows you to register for security tokens online. 1. Access via the Security Settings menu 2. 15.3 Session History The Internet Banking Session History function allows you to view detailed information regarding login & logouts & activity performed once logged in. This can be an aid in recognising fraudulent transactions. It includes information like: - BPAY, Internal, External and Quick Debit transactions Displays date, time, description, from account, to account, amount and receipt Insufficient funds attempts Invalid BPAY biller codes, BSBs CRN etc. 1. 16. Card Management 16.1 Card Activation This function allows users to activate Visacards and Redicards online. Once a card has been successfully activated, the card status will be updated to an OPEN status and will be available for use. 1. Access via the Card Management menu 2. 17.6 Personalise Accounts The Personalise Accounts function provides you with the ability to personalise the display of accounts within Internet Banking. Using the Personalise Accounts menu this allows you to: Nickname an Account Hide an Account Mask an Account When the Personalise Accounts menu is selected, a listing of your accounts is returned. This flag can also be modified at any time by reversing this process & unchecking the same flag. 18.3 Open a Savings Account Additional savings accounts can be opened online in just a few easy steps & you can transfer some opening funds in the same process. Note: Opening of joint accounts, and opening of accounts that have eligibility requirements cannot be performed online. The account open screen is very similar to the internal transfer screen, allowing you to select a from account for debiting the opening deposit. The to account drop list displays an available listing of account types that can be opened. An account nickname can also be entered at time of opening. 1. Access via the Applications menu 2. Select Open a Savings Account option 3. Select the account to transfer From for opening balance funds, using the From Account drop down box 4. Select the account to transfer To using the To Account drop down box. This will display a list of available account types to open. 5. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, in the Amount field 6.
