1 Get to know Install It s easy and free to install on your Apple or Android phone. will load on an iphone 4/4S or iphone 5/5S/5C running ios6 or later. Android users can run on any device with Ice Cream Sandwich (OS 4.0.0) or later. 1 Open the App Store app on your phone. 1 Open the Play Store app on your phone. 2 3 Tap Search in the bottom navigation bar. Type into the Search bar. Select Smart Calendar. 2 3 Type into the Search bar. Select Smart Calendar. Tap Install. 4 Tap Install. 5 Open, and verify permissions to access your phone s contacts, calendar location, and push notifications. Without an active internet connection, some of s features may be disabled. We recommend installing and running the app on a device connected to Wi-Fi, or your wireless carrier s 3G/4G network. 3
1 Get to know Agenda list basics Join calls and webmeetings, navigate time, and swipe through weather info, tips and profi les relevant to your day. Main Menu button Access Settings, schedule meetings, Meet now and more Calendar button Navigate time in biweekly increments Swipe down over the content area to access a search bar Indicator wedge Indicates your current meeting Swipe over the content area to see weather info, tips, profiles and other content Swipe up to see more agenda items and dock the datebar to the top of the screen. Swipe over the agenda list to move forward or backward in time by a day Today button Jump to today s agenda if on a past or future date Connect to any call or webmeeting with one touch 4
1 Get to know Meeting details basics Tap on any meeting or event on the Agenda list to access that item s details, including connection options, attendees and info. Feedback button Trouble connecting to a call? Tell Connect to any call or webmeeting with one touch Message attendees Send a Running late, Meeting reminder or Custom email to attendees Call, text or email the meeting organizer directly by tapping their name View or edit calendar details Cancel or reschedule here if you are the event organizer Get turn-by-turn directions if an address is in the meeting location View the organizer, attendees and meeting notes Log a call and save new contacts to Salesforce To enable this feature, sync your Salesforce account in Settings. 1 Get to know Connect to conference calls with one touch Join calls and webmeetings with one touch from three places: the Agenda list, the Details screen, or directly from a notifi cation. Connect from the Agenda list Tap the Webmeeting button on an Agenda list item to connect. If the event is a webmeeting, a Webmeeting button appears by default on the Agenda list. Tapping will connect via the service s app, such as imeet, GlobalMeet, or Lync. To dial in instead of connecting via your webmeeting app, tap on the list item to access the meeting s Details screen, where you can connect using the green Call button. If you do not have a webmeeting app installed, routes you to your phone s browser, then the App Store. We recommend installing the app, opening it and signing in, then returning to to connect to your meeting. 6
Connect from the Details screen If the event is a webmeeting, tap on the Webmeeting button to connect via that service s app. If a conference call number and passcode is detected in the meeting, tap the green Call button to connect via your phone s dialer. When dialing in to a conference, wait patiently for to navigate the passcode prompts for you. Having trouble connecting? Tell about any issues by tapping the Feedback button. Connect directly from a notifi cation OR At the time of your meeting, slide your finger directly over the notification text to immediately connect to the meeting using the default method (app or dialer). 7

2 Customize Add conference service details to Adding conference service information to allows you to send meeting invites with your dial-in info attached, and start meetings on the fl y. 1 Tap the Main menu button on the Agenda list. Tap Settings, then select Conference Services. 2 Tap Add new service. Enter a Service name, and either your regular Web meeting URL, or a Dial-in number, or both. Enter Host and Guest passcodes if necessary. For international users who typically dial a language prompt, select Advanced. Enter your usual language prompt input including # or * if necessary. 3 Verify inputs if desired, then return to and tap Done. Tap Back to return to Settings. 9
2 Customize Customize your connection method By default, dials in to calls. But you can set the app to connect using your phone s Wi-fi or cellular data. If your conference calls are PGi Audio, you can also set to have the conference call your phone. 1 Tap the Main menu button on the Agenda list. Tap Settings, then Call preferences. 2 By default, Dial-in is selected. Tap on another method to set as default, if desired: Dial-in calls into the conference using your phone s dialer VoIP calls into the conference using data Call me calls you (imeet, GlobalMeet or PGi conferences only) Always ask will always ask how to connect when you tap the Call button. 3 Tap Done to save changes and return to Settings. 10
2 Customize Disable your phone s other calendar notifi cations To avoid receiving duplicate alerts for the same meetings, disable notifi cations from your phone s calendar or other calendar apps. 1 From your phone s Home screen, access Settings, then tap Notification Center. Scroll down and select Calendar. 2 Select None for the Alert Style, turn off Notification Center, and turn off View in Lock screen. 3 Tap Back to save changes and return to Settings. 11
