Setting up Auto Pay. Please Note: To set up Auto Pay through the City website, you need to have established an online account. For assistance with this, please refer to the Create Account Instructions in the menu. 1. To access, go directly to https://billing.folsom.ca.us/click2govcx/index.html or from the home page of the City website www.folsom.ca.us select the logo under Popular Services, then click on On-Line Billing, under Payment Options. Click on Login at top right of the screen. 2. Enter your email address for the User ID, and Password, then click on Logon. 3. Click on Select Account. 4. Click on the appropriate City of Folsom account for which you would like to set up Auto Pay. 5. Click on Auto Pay.
6. Click on Enroll. 7. If you have previously saved card / echeck information, it is available to select from your wallet. Select your choice of card or checking account. Otherwise click on Other ACH for auto pay using a checking account, or Other CC for auto pay using a credit card. a. Auto Pay from a checking account : i) Select account type (checking or savings). Enter your Routing Number and Account Number. Select your preferred Draft Day (the date on which your payment will be processed each month). Click on Continue. ii) Review information. Edit if needed, otherwise click on Continue. iii) Click the box next to Accept, then click on OK. iv) Enrollment in Auto Pay is confirmed. Click on Logoff. Your current balance will NOT be paid through auto pay. Please be prepared to pay this amount by alternate means.
b. Auto Pay from a credit card : i) Enter information from your card. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Select your preferred Draft Day (the date on which your payment will be processed each month) Click on Continue. ii) Review information. Edit if needed, otherwise click on Continue. iii) Click the box next to Accept, then click on OK. iv) Enrollment in Auto Pay is confirmed. Click on Logoff. Your current balance will NOT be paid through auto pay. Please be prepared to pay this amount by alternate means. Making Changes to Auto Pay. If there is a pending charge to the card currently on file, the system will not allow you to make any changes to the Auto Pay set up. Please contact staff to remove the pending payment to enable access. To stop Auto Pay: 1. After logging in, select the appropriate City of Folsom account number. 2. Click on Auto Pay. 3. Current set up information is displayed. Click on Disable. 4. A message appears requesting confirmation. Click on Continue. 5. A confirmation message appears. You can now Logoff. To change the draft day, or card/check information: 1. After logging in, click on Select Account in the menu, and click on the appropriate City of Folsom account number. 2. Click on Auto Pay. 3. a. For Check accounts: Current set up information is displayed. Click on Modify Enrollment. You only have the option to change the draft day. Change as needed, then click on Continue. If you wish to change the checking account information, disable the current set up (instructions above), and enroll again with the new information. i) Accept the Terms and Conditions, click OK then Logoff.
4. a. For Credit cards: Current set up information is displayed. Click on Modify Enrollment. To change a draft date, select modify current card enrollment. To make any changes to card information, such as the expiration date, either select Enter new Credit card or Choose from your wallet (if you know that new card information has been previously saved). Continue through process to the Terms and Conditions page. Accept the Terms and Conditions, click OK then Logoff.
