Command Center QuickGuide This Quick Guide will walk you through the key functions in the Command Center, such as finding applicants, sharing their information, and changing your settings. Refer to the last page of this Guide for an index of the topics covered in this guide. Logging In
Dashboard Logging in. Once your CareProfiler Account is setup, log in to your Dashboard: 1. www.careprofiler.com 2. Mouse over Login Portals 3. Click on Dashboard Login Once logged in, you ll see three main areas on the top of your Dashboard let s begin in the Command Center! Command Center 3
Command Center Selection. You ll find all of your applicant data by clicking the red Selection box let s go there! Search, Sort, & Filter 4
Command Center Search, Sort & Filter. To find applicants, you ll want to use the search box. Any characters you type into the search box will be searched for on the page (e.g. name, position, status, email, phone, etc.) and the page will display records containing those characters. Also, each column is sortable. Using the search box, along with sorting a column is a great way to create custom filters Viewing Reports 5
Command Center View Reports. Under the CP Tools Column, you ll find the: Work Styles Questionnaire, Reference360, SkillsCheck, Interview Guide, and Onboarding120. To view a report of guide, click on appropriate arrow. Refer to..for more detail on each of these tools. Applications & Resumes 6
Command Center Employment Applications & Resumes. If you re using the CP Employment Application, or a customized application, you ll access this data in the Status column. Click the green View icon to open the application and/or resume. If the applicant has not yet finished the application, you ll see that is says Remind. Click on Remind to send the applicant an email reminder to complete the application. Status 7
Command Center Status. Click on an applicant s status to change it. After clicking on the status, you ll be brought to your master status page which will list all of the status options you ve created. To create a new status option, just click on the red Add Status button on the bottom left of the master status list page. Share 8
Command Center Share. You can email any information in an applicant s record directly from your Command Center. Click on the Share icon in the Name column just under the applicant s email address. A new window will open. Follow the onscreen instructions and enter the recipients email address to forward the applicant s information. You can send to up to three people per share. You may enter comments as well as select the component of the applicant s record that you would like to share. Message 9
Command Center Message. The Message feature allows you to store form letters that you can send to applicants, such as an offer or rejection letter. You can store an unlimited amount of messages. To create or send a Message, click on the Message icon just to the left of the Share icon. Message, continued 10
Command Center Message. Clicking on the Message icon will bring you to your master list of stored messages. Click View Letter to create a PDF document of the letter, with the specific applicant s data populated, that you can print. Click Send to to email a copy of the letter to the applicant. To create and save a new message, click Add New Message. Personnel File 11
Command Center Personnel File. Click on an applicant s name to open their personnel file. The Personnel File contains a running log of all activity associated with the applicant. You can also add notes to the applicant s file, such as left voicemail or whatever you d like! Transfer Applicant 12
Command Center Transfer. For Enterprise accounts, with more than one site, you can transfer applicants to other sites. Click on the current location under the Position column. This will bring you to all of the sites associated with your account. Click Transfer or Request Transfer, depending on your level of permission, next to the appropriate site. Settings 13
Dashboard Settings. There are two ways to access your Account Settings page: by clicking on Account Settings on the main Dashboard page or by clicking on My Account in the top right corner of your Command Center. In Account Settings you: Manage Position (open/close/edit/create) Edit Email Addresses for notifications Edit Redirect Link Access your Questionnaire Link Access Marketing Material Manage Positions 14
Dashboard Manage Positions. Click on Manage Positions on your Settings page to open, close, edit title and details, and add new positions. Manage Positions, continued 15
Add New Position. Click Add New Position to create a profile for a new position. Follow the onscreen instructions to identify to most appropriate category. Remember, CareProfiler positions are for front-line, entry level positions, CP-Plus Positions are for those with supervisory duties. Dashboard Open/Close. Open positions are available for applicants to select when beginning the Work Styles Questionnaire. Closed positions are not visible to applicants. To change the recruiting status from closed to open, click on Closed and vice versa. Edit Position. Click Edit Position to edit the title of an existing position and/or to edit or edit a description of the position. Email Addresses 16
Dashboard Notification Emails. Click on Notification Emails on your Settings page to edit where completion notifications are sent. Enter, edit, or delete Email 1, 2, and 3. NOTE: If you do not wish to receive notification emails, please keep reports@careprofiler.com as Email 1, and 2 and 3 empty. Redirect URL 17
Dashboard Redirect URL. Click on Redirect URL on your Settings page to set where applicants are sent after completing the Work Styles Questionnaire. Enter the URL of the website you d like your applicants to be redirected to after completing the Work Styles Questionnaire. DO NOT include http://. Note: If you are using a CP hosted online application, its URL is most likely entered in the Redirect field and it should not be removed. Changing Username/Password 18
Dashboard Changing Username and Password. This happens in a DIFFERENT account settings section. Back on the main Dashboard page (the view when you first log in), click on My Account on the left side of the page. Then, click on the Edit tab. Edit any information you d like and scroll down to click Save. 19
