Connect to Wireless, certificate install and setup Citrix Receiver This document explains how to connect to the Wireless Network, certificate and access applications using Citrix Receiver on a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) running an Apple Mac OS X based operating system. Connecting to the Lavalla BYOD Wireless Network Installing the Security Certificate Installing Citrix Receiver Connecting to the Lavalla BYOD Wireless Network N.B - If you are already connected to Lavalla BYOD, skip this section. 1. 3. You will be automatically prompted for your logon credentials, in the web browser window enter your Lavalla username and password then click Login. Fig 3. Installing the Security Certificate N.B - If you are already installed the security certificate, skip this section. 1. From the Finder Bar click Go then click Connect to Server. Fig 1. The Go menu on Mac OS X. 2. Type smb://lcckilsr1/certificates/lavalla.local in the server address field then click Connect. Fig 2. Use the Connect to Server dialog box to connect to a network share. 3. When prompted to login, select Registered User then enter your Lavalla username and password. Fig 3. 6. Enter the username and password for your Mac OS X Administrator account then click Modify Keychain. Fig 6. The Certificate Import Wizard. 7. The Keychain Access window will open, on the left hand side click System then click Certificates. Double click *.lavalla.local to edit the certificates settings. Fig 7. The Keychain Access Window. 8. Click Trust to expand the certificates trust settings then under the When using this certificate drop down box select Always Trust. Installing Citrix Receiver 1. From the Finder Bar click Go then click Connect to Server. Fig 1. The Go menu on Mac OS X. 2. 10. Enter citrix.lavalla.vic.edu.au in the server address field then click add. Enter your Lavalla username and password when prompted then click Log On. Fig 10. The Citrix Receiver client.
