QuickBooks Online Redesigned Invoice Templates April 26, 2018 Invoice Email enhancements to help your business get paid faster. QuickBooks Online customers in the US will see the new invoice emails by the end of April. The enhancement to the invoice e-mail template will help our users better highlight their brand. One of the key enhancements is adding more invoice information into the body of the e-mail. This will help end-customers easily see what's on the invoice quickly which will help business get paid faster. We've made these changes as a response to feedback from customers
Prior Invoice Experience New Invoice Experience Customer can now view the invoice details in the email: Customer Address Invoice Line Item Details Subtotal and Discount Additional Footer Message Business Address Customer would have to click View Invoice button to review invoice details and then click another button to pay. Better highlight your brand as a small business and customize your emails. You can now choose your accent color and highlight your logo. Preferences you've set for your invoice template now carry over to your invoice email. Look good on mobile devices. The new invoice email is responsive to any screen size, so your users don't have to "pinch and zoom". Your customers can now easily view and pay your invoices wherever they are. Get paid faster. Allow your customers to easily and quickly review their invoices right in their email, rather than needing to click and load the invoice on a separate webpage, or open an attachment. We've made these changes as a response to feedback from customers
View on Mobile Device Billing for a project that stretches over days, weeks, months, or sometimes even years is painful when the accounting software you're using doesn't connect individual invoices and show them together for you in the context of the same body of work. Progress invoicing aims to alleviate the pain of incremental billing for small businesses and provide them with confidence that with QBO they can bill the way they want. Complete details regarding this feature are available through our community article: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1659786-progress-invoicing-for-quickbooks-online

All-new Connect to PayPal App April 26, 2018 Import PayPal transactions into QuickBooks seamlessly.
Presenter Brandi Black Sr. Customer Experience Specialist About Brandi Team: Partners & Developers Passion: Connecting our customers to an Ecosystem of opportunities 6 years at Intuit Tucson, AZ Hello everyone, my name is Brandi Black and I am a Senior Customer Experience Specialist in the Partner and Developer space of QuickBooks Online. I love connecting our customers to an ecosystem of opportunities and apps.
We currently have 2 different types of connections for PayPal. 1) the bank feeds, 2) the Sync with PayPal app. They both bring in PayPal transaction data, however they both complete this task in vastly different ways. Over the last year, our product development team has worked diligently to create a platform that allows data-in apps to present the transaction data, like bank feeds currently does, so that the user is then able to have more control over what is added to their books. Today, we present to you the all-new Connect to PayPal app. Community Articles (References) Connect to PayPal Guide: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1649794 Connect to PayPal FAQs: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1696508 Switching from Bank Feeds to Connect to PayPal: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1658505
With the all new Connect to PayPal app, you now have best of both worlds! We listened to your feedback about how our current connections work or don t work, and built an app with the best features of both the bank feeds connection and the current Sync to PayPal app. You now can review each transaction, just like the bank feeds, allowing you to have more control of what is added to your books, how and when On this screen you will see the gross and net sales, along with the fees, related to each sales transaction
1 - You now have the ability to choose to record income transactions as either a sales receipt or a deposit. 2 - With a click of a button you can view and edit any additional details about the transaction before adding it to your book. 3 - And as a nice little perk, we now provide you with the link to easily refer back to the original transaction in PayPal. Note: to view the transaction you will be required to sign-in to your PayPal account.
