6 Easier Onboarding 6 Guided Walkthroughs: This is one of the key features we are launching with this new portal; Guided Walk-throughs. Once you login, a self-service tool will help you through every single detail on the new portal ensuring your and your users learning curve is minimized.
7 See Highlights in One Place 7 Richer Feed to keep you informed of the latest highlights: With a combination of algorithms and human editors working together, we ve finetuned your Homepage Feed to surface the most relevant content from people and product teams. From the home page, you have a quick and easy access to the latest information created for you.
8 Brand New Product Page Layouts 8 Product Pages: Convenient, modular page content layouts give you quick access to full product descriptions, unique features and capabilities displayed via icons, files, product specifications, product images, generalsales-marketing files related to the product, and last but not least links to accessories, upsell, cross sell and end of life (EOL) replacement products all accessible from within the new product page.
9 Predictive Search 9 More intuitive search: You now have one universal search box to easily find contents that matter to you the most. Use the predictive search tool to explore the portal and refine your search by using filter options on the left hand side of the results page. Filter the content by the following and more: You can narrow down the results on the Search page by clicking on available filter options to narrow down contents by Content Type, Product Category, and Product Model Number among others.
10 Refined Application Process 10 Apply with confidence and ease: With a brand new reseller onboarding and product authorization registration process, applying for the first time or applying for new product authorizations just became easier with the new application process. Waiting to hear back? With the new Application Dashboard, you can get a snapshot of your authorization application status.
11 11 Returning user? It s easy activating your access on the new portal.
12 Step 1: Request a password reset Returning user? Visit the website scroll down to the Account Information area and click on Request new password. You will be redirected to a webpage where you will be required to enter your address (used to register your account). Once you enter your address, simply click NEW PASSWORD button. Open your inbox, find the reset password . Click on the URL or copy/paste into your browser (the link will expire in 24 hours). Once on the webpage, simply click LOG IN and you will be taken into your profile area (shown on the next page) where you can enter your new password.
13 Step 2: Setup new password and update your profile 13 Quick tips: Once you click on LOG IN, you will land on your profile page where you can reset your password If you re a management contact, please make sure you complete/update the information on all the four tabs shown. Simply enter your new password under the Login information section, and if you re a management contact please complete/update the full profile information and hit SAVE.

17 Access other websites easily 17 Shortcuts and Training section: On the homepage, scroll down to find the Shortcuts section where you can find all the downstream sites you need access to. If single sign-on is active on that site, you ll be logged in automatically. If that website doesn t participate in single sign-on, you will be asked to enter your respective credentials. Other Links: Unable to find the site you re looking for in the Shortcuts section? Check Training section on the homepage and last but not least, check out the OTHER LINKS tab on the top right corner for more important links.

20 Find the product you re looking for 20 Product Range Overview: Use our product pages and category pages to find products from Panasonic s vast product portfolio. Tied to your authorization level: Note that the products and categories you see here is directly tied to your authorization level, user type and role. Find Product Information and Files: It s not just a new layout, but also an all new way to deliver files and product information with a powerful database feeding the most up-to-date information to you and your users. Filter by Latest, Current and Discontinued models: Use the filter on category portfolio page to filter our the models based on their lifecycle stage for easy access.

Specifications and more: General, Product and Marketing files, Sales Information type Download the files: Add to the download cart of simply download the file you need directly from the product pages
22 22 How to use the Resource Finder Find latest files in a simple yet powerful interface.
23 Powerful Resource Finder 23 Powerful resource finder: Driven with an enhanced search functionality, the resource finder offers a better way of categorizing and locating content. The portal has dedicated sections for content including Files, News, Promotion, Events, Training and Featured Products. With numerous filter criteria, locate the file(s) you re looking for, add them to the download cart and get going. Show Latest Files: When you click on Show Latest Files from the main navigation Resource Finder menu, the Product Status is preset to NEW. Next, after you visit the Resource Finder - select the Product Categories you re looking for and modify that selection if you need to find more relevant results.
24 Find files and more across Product Categories 24 Product Categories: Select the product sub-category and series that you re looking to find files related to. Not just files, you can find News, Promotion, Events, Training and Featured products. Product Status: Make sure you select New or Latest or Discontinued or All Filter by Document Type: Need to find a specific type of file? Simply check the boxes after selecting the top two categories and wait for the page to automatically reload to show the relevant results

Simply click Add to Downloads, Go to the Download icon at the top right corner and simply select all files or only a few and download the package as a.zip file Download Cart Select all or multiple files and download the files as a ZIP folder. Keep an eye out on the file size.

32 Keep your profile up-to-date 32 Profile Information: Keep all your profile, company, sales and people information up-to-date so we can better serve you. Simply click on My Account>My Profile to access your profile page.
33 Keep your account users up-to-date 33 User Management Dashboard: Simply go to My Account>User Management to visit your very own User Management Dashboard. Add and manage your account users and account admins all in one place under the User Management Dashboard. Simply enter some basic information, save and your users will receive an activation to login to their new accounts.

Waiting to hear back? With the new Application Dashboard, you can get a snapshot of your authorization application status.
37 Ready to apply for a new Product Authorization? 37 Application Dashboard: Simply click on the Application Dashboard icon from the navigation, and you will be taken to your dashboard. This is where you can request more product authorizations and track newly submitted applications. Manage the entire lifecycle of your authorization requests from one place. Need help filling out one? Don t forget to use the guided walkthroughs built just for you. Note: If you re a returning user and are already authorized for one or more product categories on the legacy partner portal, you do not need to submit a new application in the new portal. You can check your authorization level on your profile. Trying to get authorization for a new product category? Then use this feature to submit a new request.
